Umm, how many things can go wrong.... :( Starting off, the server seemed very confused. She asked me what dressing I wanted on my caesar salad. WTF!! She was very helpful in upcharging for every item that we wanted tho. In her defense, she did take 10% off from the bill due to the wilted salad greens. That leads me into the next complaints. Since they didn't have a caesar salad :p, I opted for the salad bar. Went to check it out and all the lettuce, greens, and spinach were wilted like they brought out the left over greens from the night before... :( I ordered the full rack of ribs with a dry rub... What a mistake... I got dry ribs instead of dry rub. So i had to ask for a side of BBQ sauce, I'm sure some rib lovers will lecture me about never doing this, it was needed. For my sides, I got asparagus and rice pilaf for my salad substitute. I didn't know sauteed asparagus can be so crunchy like fries... The rice, i barely even took two bites cause it was like eating some cereal boxes. My mom ordered the crab cakes which tasted like salt cakes with bits of chicken in it, not crabs or even imitation crab(cod). The only thing that I enjoyed at this restaurant was the cute hostess with a nice smile :) Other than that there was nothing at this restaurant that I would ever go back for. I don't usually post a review when we eat out, mostly because we don't eat out very often. However, when we do, we expect a decent meal for a decent price and courteous service. This did not happen today, on Father's Day. We decide to go out to dinner. The place we like to go to was packed, so we decided on Ruby Tuesday's because it was close by and the lot was not crowded. We found out why. The young male waiter took our drink orders and then came back to take our food orders. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. He went around the table and totally skipped our granddaughter, then he skipped me. I said something and he acknowledged her and me. He came back and asked my wife what sides she wanted because he forgot to write them down. He didn't even ask my daughter-in-law what sides she wanted until I corrected him. We had to ask for refills. The food came. He forgot our granddaughter's french fries and my son's green beans. When mine did not arrive, we asked and he had forgotten to turn it in. My wife's steak, ordered med rare was well done. OK, I guess that could have been the kitchen, but with everything else, I wonder. When mine did finally arrived, everyone else had mostly finished eating, so I asked for a to-go box and the manager. She arrived and listened to all that had happened, apologized profusely and, to their credit, said she would talk to the server and comped the entire meal. That did not make it an enjoyable meal but helped some. We had not been there in a number of years. I now remember why. We may not eat out again for a while if this is what we have to look forward to. Ruby Tuesday's used to be a wonderful place to have a nice meal. P.S., The salad bar was pretty decent though, except for pieces of wilted browning lettuce. read more

Don't waste your time. First off we call an order in, nothing hard just two salads trying to order something better than just your regular fast food. Place order no problem, we'll we go to pick it up and they make the two salads the first time incorrectly, the second time incorrectly and the third time we get them they're still missing a few items but better than nothing. We go to pay for them and no apology or compensation for their lack of common sense. If I wanted to pay almost thirty dollars for some lettuce and chicken I would have just gotten the damn burger. So again don't waste your time, also let me add we were the only customers in there at this time. read more

I've been to this Ruby Tuesdays many times. When I lived in Kentucky, it was my favorite place to eat, though I truthfully never went to many non-chain restaurants. The food always came out hot and one time when my bank sabotaged me at a dinner, they covered my meal until I could come back the next day. They actually value your business and they want return customers. I gave the waiter a massive tip for working with me. I miss this part of Elizabethtown. read more

I've been to great, clean Ruby Tuesday restaurants in the past. This particular restaurant was horrific. It was so dirty. Our table had been barely wiped down and there was dust along the trim. The silverware looked disgusting. The food was awful. We had to wait forever for service as it is clear they need help. I wish we would've walked out instead of trying to stomach the filth in this particular location. Management most certainly needs to be fired. read more

My family and I ate here while driving through the state and were very disappointed. It was a Monday afternoon, so it wasn't very busy, but it took a long time before our server even came over. We all decided on drinks and food and had even gone to the bathroom before she came to get our orders. When we got our order one of the drinks was wrong and 3 of our food orders were wrong. Our server did not come over after our food was dropped so we had to wait a long time before the errors were corrected. Then, when the corrected drink was brought out it had food, or something else, floating in it. Needless to say, I would not recommend this location. read more

This is a terrible idea if you are traveling. Our family of five arrived about 6:45. It was not crowded. We only waited a few minutes to be seated. We ordered... two pastas, shrimp, a chicken breast, and a burger. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. After 50 minutes our waitress came back to our table to tell us that the kitchen was running slow. She gave us the option of waiting another 15 minutes or cancelling our order. We debated cancelling but since we were traveling decided we couldn't have eaten anywhere else any quicker. So we waited. Then after 10 minutes she started bringing food. They brought one pasta and the shrimp. Then we waited another five minutes and the second pasta arrived. After five more minutes, the chicken arrived. Then the waitress went back to the kitchen and came back and informed us that the burger had gone to another table...we could wait or cancel. We cancelled the burger. When the waitress brought our check, she said "well we removed the burger but we can't give you any other discount." So I asked "what discount did we get?" She said "well the cheeseburger." I said "the discount is the burger we didn't ever even get? Are you serious?" So after my complete shock at such a ridiculous comment and two hours later...we are back on the road, we paid $75...and we still had to hit a McDonald's Drive thru..... read more

Yum! Food is really good. Excellent salad bar. The croutons are fresh and great! Chicken tenders are amazing. Good service.

Not normally a fan of this chain, I was there with a colleague for a very early lunch. The place was empty as they opened. The service was very attentive. I had the honey bourbon chicken and broccoli along with the garden bar. Since we were the first there, the garden bar was in great shape. I would recommend this place for lunch! read more

Don't go here! The restaurant is in ill repair, the bathroom was dirty and smelly, and the food was not a good value for the price paid. Our server was nice and efficient, but most of the rest of the staff stood around complaining about working there. read more

I made the mistake of not asking the price of a glass of wine. My bad. However when I was charged $10.50 for an 8 ounce pour of an ok but not special wine that was the key that I won't return. At least if I want to have wine with my meal. The food was good. The wine price was out of line. read more

I liked it when I ate here with my husband because the margaritas were cheap and good and the food was nice too, but the waiter was pretty quiet and sulky even though I tried really hard to cheer him up and make him laugh. But hey not everyone can be happy all the time right? Well my friends recently went here and from what they told me, I will never go here again. Their waitress was super rude and just plain stuck up and never came back after giving them their first drinks. Their salads were soggy and nasty and their food was terrible and tasted like garbage. I feel bad because I actually recommended this place to people and they all came back saying it was just horrible. read more

The salad bar at Ruby Tuesday's is a hit and even better since they brought back the noodle salad entry. This place is very busy here in town, but seating is plenty and it takes mere minutes to be seated. All started out well enough, service was a little slow which was to be expected on a busy Saturday night and when the appetizers finally arrived they were okay. However, when I was served a cold burger (cheese had not even melted) topped with bacon bits and told by the server TJ that this is what passed for a triple prime cheddar bacon burger, things went south. In turn, my wife's burger was also cold albeit did have all the as advertised components e.g. lettuce, pickle, tomatoes, and mayonnaise, none of which showed up on my burger, and my son's burger although ostensibly well cooked and complete included one slice of tomato the size of a fifty cent piece. Horrible staff!!! We walked into the restaurant around 8pm there was no hostess on duty the restaurant was less 1/4 of the way full. We seated ourself at the bar as we were just there for drinks. We sat there for about two minutes watching approximately 8-10 people doing random tasks, not one of them greeted us or said they would be with us. However at least four of them made direct eye contact with us and still made no effort to wait on us. We waited one more moment and then got up and left, still not one word from any employee. read more

This was easily the worst food I've ever had. I've been to other Ruby Tuesday locations and they were great, but this was just terrible. Everyone in our dining party was disappointed with their meal. My ravioli looked like someone vomited in a bowl and they charged $11 for it. The fact that the parking lot was empty on a Sunday afternoon should've scared me away. Unfortunately I ventured in and NEVER will again. The Ruby Tuesday chain needs to close this location before they ruin the franchise's reputation. read more

Gross!!! The restaurant salad bar looked like pig sty. The posted rating was a 90! Our waitress was very kind and pleasant. The tea was old and cloudy. Rolls were very tasty and warm. No more ribs, no more salsa...ordered steak, medium rare, baked potato, and salad...cringed when she told me to help myself to the salad bar!!! Baked potato was warmed only slightly in the microwave. Steak..don't ask. The appetizer meal consisted of: cold, old frenchfries covered in cheese, chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks(both okay) and oriental egg rolls. The bathroom was rancid! We just had another perfect meal from Ruby Tuesdays. We go 2-4 times a month and have never had any complaints. I am puzzled by all the negative reviews I have read here. We usually sit at the bar and service is immediate and always correct. I love the salad bar and can't remember seeing it in disarray. The coupons we get often make the price very reasonable. I would hate to see this restaurant closed so I just hope the problems other people are having get corrected. read more

While the serving staff was pleasant & working hard, they just couldn't slavage the dining conditions, food and obvious limited staffing behind the scenes - and it wasn't even close to being 1/2 full. The restaurant was humid leaving it tough to tell if the sticky table & sests were from that or not cleaned. I'm guessing not cleaned well after noticing the windows were streaky filthy. The restroom stunk like urine and was equally sticky. The salad bar was missing 1/3 of ingredients with more that looked unappealing. Our poor server had to fill the field greens multiple times himself and they were completely out of spinach (at 7pm on a weeknight). Then, an 8oz steak was served the same size as a 6oz steak and the side of mashed potatos was the size of a small ice cream scoop. RT's had always been a safe go-to spot when traveling, but this is one of many locations that has gone down too far for us to return. read more

We decided to try Ruby Tuesdays after one of our local favorites was packed. Our waitress was delightful, and very attentive. The food on the other hand was overcooked and still managed to come out cold. The bathrooms looked as though a tornado swept through and destroyed the place, but the main reason for the two star review is seeing waitstaff as well as the host, drinking alcohol behind the bar. read more

Terrible! Some of the food was decent. But i paid $20 for a "ribeye". It was not a ribeye. It was a tannish tough mystery meat. I thought it was disgusting. Lunch after church with the family. The Texas Dusted ribs and salad bar are my regular. Good dry rub ribs are hard to find, and I like a salad with my meal.
