Food was eh, okay at best; I would never choose this place if I had better options moving forward. Their iced teas are all premade and have so much sugar I could not drink it. I gave this location two stars mainly because, although it was fairly clean, the customer service was very disappointing and the food was just average. I ordered the teriyaki chicken, which tasted reheated and was quite hard -- definitely not fresh. When I placed my order, I asked the young man at the counter if I could get Combo C but have the shrimp placed in a separate container since my daughter is allergic to shellfish. He told me that he couldn't do that and that everything had to go on one plate. I explained the allergy concern, but he still refused, which I found frustrating and concerning. Because of that, I had to change my order to Combo B. The food overall was okay (about a 6/10), but the lack of flexibility and understanding around a food allergy really impacted my experience. I hope the management considers improving both customer service and how they handle special dietary needs in the future. read more

Located inside the Inland Center Mall food court. This is my second time trying this location. The first time we tried 2 combo with pad Thai and the chickens, I remembered it was pretty decent, I can't remember if I took some pictures, but I also don't know why I didn't leave a review then. Anyways, we came back and gave it another go. We got the 3 combo items this time. We got the premium fried rice with veggie and shrimp, the mango Chicken, the BBQ Thai Chicken, and the shrimp as our third. The shrimp was additional dollar. Then we also ordered some fried dumplings too. The portion was very generous! The chickens were great, coated in sauce thoroughly and goes well with the fried rice. The fried dumplings were crispy. Overall a pretty good Thai fast food in a mall. You'd get your bang for your bucks here. The staff were friendly and again, generous with the portion! read more

TOUGH CHICKEN :( I'm thoroughly disappointed with this Thai joint as the chicken was so tough it hurt my mouth and was hard to chew. The chicken was covered in its usual Thai sauces but not even that could soften up each bite I took. I don't like when food is sitting all day long in a warmer, it's such a shame that this place does this. The Thai noodles were pretty good, not the best but tasty enough. My Mom ordered a seafood soup and it was all noodle, no broth nor enough shrimp. The guys up front were professional, despite being introverted. I was happy with the customer service. Additionally, service was fast and the tables nearby were pretty clean. I'd likely not return as I don't like having trouble eating my food, however I foresee this place improving in the future. read more

So Much Delicious! What a great place to eat! We decided to eat here on a whim after Mongolian Barbecue was busy, and we didn't want to wait. I am so glad we did. The food is fantastic! I can't even begin to describe how happy it makes me to eat here every time I go to the mall. The selection is excellent for a small food court restaurant, and there are plenty of vegetarian options. Located in the food court of Inland Center Mall. It is next to the pizza place. They offer free samples of the food you want to try. The food was ok. Nothing really stood out. My friend ordered the one entree with rice and the noodle. He said it was alright. I ordered the Thai tea that was supposed to be discounted, but the guy didn't give us a discount on the Thai tea. The guy said that if you order a combo, then a medium Thai tea is 3 something dollars and we can just pay the difference if we want to upgrade. He still charged us full price of 5 something. The customer was nothing special as well. They were rushing us for no reason. I understand if they had a lot of customers that time, but no one was there. I feel like I been robbed because the guy/cashier didn't tell me the right price. I was there with my 2 small kids. And they were eating ice cream in the table so when I order I have to keep looking at my kids table. I told the guy I want the tom yum side dish (it says on the wall there $5.95) and one Thai tea. I just handed my credit card , and without looking again the receipt I went back to my kids table. And today I found the receipt it's $12.59 for the tom yum soup. Well.. part of it it's my mistake but I didn't know if they tricked the customer too(taking advantages). Never eat there again. (I looked up again, there's no $12.59 soup in the menu). And look how he put it the thai tea price 3 @ $1.00 = so what's the real price? $1 or you just marked the price $3??? The taste is just okay. Nothing special. I decided to eat here last night after a little shopping at the mall. I've been wanting to try this place in the past and finally had the opportunity to do so. The food looks so delicious on the display. Honestly, if I wasn't trying to lose weight, I would have bought the mango chicken. I ended up getting combo one - house salad with the Thai bbq chicken (no sauce). Loved it! I love how they offer salad as an option as oppose to rice and noodles. The Thai bbq chicken is very tasty. Tried this spot even though there were no reviews... and to try a spot with limited or nk reviews goes against my yelp instincts, but there were limited options in the food court with everything operating under reduced capacity... And since I was charging car at the mall, I chose to eat at food court. Big mistake. This place calls itself "Thai" but their options hardly reflect this cultural heritage. Every dish seems like a weird and off tasting fusion between Thai and fast-food chinese. Lots of salt, lots of oil, lots of msg I'm sure. I opted for "spicy thai chicken" and "spicy thai beef." The chicken looked very suspect and i hardly ate it. The beef was better but the bar was not set high to begin with. The fried rice was ok. Now I'm not one to have a sensitive stomach but this food just wanted to leave my body as quickly as possible. If the taste wasnt repulsive enough, my bodys rejection of it was the nail.
