I was on the hunt for a new nail tech who was skilled and also CLEAN & SAFE! Needless to say, I am beyond thrilled that I saw Kadence's nail designs on Instagram. After reading dozens of 5 Star Reviews on Yelp for her work and OUTSTANDING NAIL ART I quickly booked an appointment. I showed her my disaster of a situation of paper thin nails, detached nails from my nail beds, and the disgusting mold that had began to grow underneath them, and she informed me that my acrylics had been done at a nail salon that was using illegal toxic chemicals and that they also were breaking several health code violations judging by the poor state of natural nails! Kadence instructed me on how to safely repair my nails back to health before she could safely complete any nail service. I appreciated your honest and ethical approach by refusing to do my nails by potentially causing any further damage to my natural nails. I'm going to have to wait a long time for my nails to grow out so I can keep them straight and nice again. I have no idea why she cut the sides so low. She also didn't clean up my cuticles or even clean up the nails. I had to ask another woman to come and clip my nails and help with an ingrown. The nail wasn't fixed and it still hurts. My nails are not cute and I'm not happy. I'm going to have to go to another salon to get them done right. I pad a lot for the pedicure too so I'm really upset about this poor quality.

When I walked in, I gave them my name, said I had an appointment for a mani/pedi, and picked out two separate colors for my hands and feet. After painting them, she set them on the edge of the tub and went to assist another customer. I thought, no problem. She's going to get someone else started and then come back once my toenails have dried. After sitting in the (very comfortable) massage chair for over 30 minutes, I took my toenail separators out, put my flip flops on, and walked to the register. I thought someone may ask about the manicure, but no...I paid, left a tip, and that was it. Maybe I should have asked to "speak to the manager," but I was honestly just trying to register what happened. At the end of the day, I have some amazing-looking toes, but feel frustrated at the interaction.

We waited and by that time it was 12:36 and we thought that it was just a little delay so we waited some more and we finally asked when we would be able to go and they said in 2 mins. but we ended up waiting another 25 mins. and so we finally told her that we had to go.
