Not quite what I was expecting, but it was good. 7.9/10 Beef Ho Fun - silky rice noodles, juicy beef, and crisp veggies in a delicious sweet soy sauce. Fannn-tastic! I think I found my new favorite menu item. 8.5/10 Service was fast and efficient. The food comes out rather quickly, so if you don't want everything to come out at once, I'd recommend ordering as you go. My girlfriend ordered the sweet and sour chicken, along with 2 eggrolls, which she loved. I had sushi (Salmon Sample and Sushi and Sashimi Combo B) that was really wonderful. Even though the pieces of fish were smaller than I'm accustomed to, the quality was high. I'm also used to having cooked meals and sushi meals delivered at separate times, but both plates got to our tables at around the same time. Besides serving Chinese and Japanese food, there are some Thai dishes as well. On our next trip, I will give their rolls a try -- and I'll make certain to get that stellar Salmon Sample once again.

Eaten there several times. It's one of two of our go to places for Chinese in Bethlehem. The staff is super friendly and the service is fast. The cost is good along with the portions. Would recommend as take out, the decor is not much other than some table and chairs in the waiting area read more
