First time eating here and I must admit it's the best Chinese takeout food I've had since I've been in the area. All the other places either overcook the food, or put way too much MSG to the point it make one's gums bleed. The place is clean, staff is uniformed (which I didn't expect considering it's not a chain restaurant), and they even served me my food. I have been to many Chinese restaurants in my time, even one since I have been living here. This restaurant, however is way different than the rest. First of all, the inside of the establishment was impeccable and super clean. The staff was very friendly. However, here is the kicker, I ordered my entree to stay and the cashier brought my plate to the table with a real fork. It's those little things that truly mean a lot! Great food! My wife and I moved about 20 minutes away and still go out of our way to get our Chinese food from here. It is not greasy at all and is about as healthy as take-out Chinese food gets. The dining area is spotless, thanks to the open kitchen you can tell that is clean, and even the bathrooms are kept immaculate. They have a decent selection and will customize your order. My only complaint is that they do not deliver. I work a few blocks away and the added convenience would be nice. Otherwise, no complaints! read more

Love love love this place ! It's quite hard to find decent Chinese take out in the area anymore. The food is great. It's clean, you can see right into the kitchen. The staff is friendly and very accommodating when it comes to customizing orders. And the service is always fast, it doesn't matter how busy they are I've never waited more than 15-20 minutes! Was in town on business and staying at the Hyatt . Got back to the room and had a craving for Chinese food and this place got good yelp reviews. I was starving so my eyes were bigger than my stomach. Order hot &sour soup, orange chicken and a side of veggies (vegetable delight) and asked for it spicy. Everything was terrific ! Soup was excellent, veggies were fresh and crisp and with a nice 'heat and orange chicken was really good. This is seriously the best Chinese food in Bethlehem!!! I would eat here everyday if I could! Very clean,fast, and delicious. They have great prices for lunch specials. The dumplings are incredible! As far as takeout Chinese goes, this is the best in the area. We used to eat at Chopstix but Ruby Cafe is better. Not nearly as salty and the ingredients are much more fresh. My favorite entree is the orange-flavored chicken. And their roast pork eggrolls should be another food group, they are so amazing. read more

This place smells horrible during the day. I work at the subway which is like right next and I die every day! I have to take Dramamine everyday so I don't pass out and fall into the sandwich toaster. THE best Chinese in the area.. wish they delivered! Moved in down the street and tried them out, it was delicious. AT work we order Chinese about once a week from all over the area and everyone agrees ( which NEVER happens) this place is hands down the best. The portions are perfect, the meats are meaty w/o fat pieces, the rice is fluffy and not greasy, the service is great. AND I've been there, the kitchen is spotlessly clean.. very impressed!!!! My husband and I moved to Bethlehem a little over a year ago. We had a lot of trouble trying to find a good Chinese food restaurant. Ruby Cafe blew our minds! The food is absolutely excellent. The online was very easy food was ready when I went to pick it up. Cashier was super friendly, which made this experience all the more better. The wontons were the best I have ever had, and the boneless spareribs were unbelievably delicious, with minimal fat. Great place! I love Egg Foo Young and it was great here. The ingredients they use have a fresh taste and you can see the chefs making your food. I am so excited to finally find a good Chinese place in Bethlehem. I hope others like it . Mostly take out but they have a few dine in tables. read more
