Relax Spa was one of the best massage experiences I've had recently!…read more I went here because I needed a strong reset after a busy couple weeks of some intense projects. My back was tight, neck was sore, etc. I went for the deep tissue and to get things started, Ria used bars above the table to walk on my back and when I tell you I've never had pressure that deep, it was crazy. That warned me up well and activated my muscles deeply. She then completed the massage from the floor (still with deep pressure), making sure to focus on problem areas. I left feeling rejuvenated & ready to go. Pricing was also super fair for what I got, especially compared to some of the elevated massage costs around the area (I paid like $70-80 for a 60 minute)

I truly love them both. The moment you walk in, everything feels calm, grounded, and completely zen. Over the past year, I've seen several different massage therapists -- not because I didn't love any of them, but because I genuinely wanted to experience them all. Every single one was wonderful. But after happily "researching," I've officially settled on my absolute favorite... Samantha! Now I book with Samantha every time for the most heavenly 80-minute massage, followed by 30 perfectly peaceful minutes in their sauna. It's become my little monthly ritual, and I look forward to it every visit. The pressure, the ambiance, the warmth -- it's always just right. Already counting down to my next appointment.

You'll just need to walk around to find the entrance. Everyone I encountered was friendly. The space was clean, modern with cute decorations. I scheduled my massage first. Wasn't a fan of her technique. She gave quick and fast strokes - like she was rushing. Overall, it was okay. As I had another service after the massage a robe was left for me to put on so I could walk to a different room. The robe is not plus size friendly! My next service was a dermaplane facial. Again, did not like her technique especially when it was time for the dermaplane; nearly felt like she didn't know what she was doing. I paid a total of $240 for both services. As this experience was just "okay" for me, I don't plan to return.

I went to Body Heal Therapy because I was in so much pain just trying to walk and sleep. Brandon Mullins has taken the time to get to know me personally and understand my body and how I deal with pain and stress. He has taken this information and at every session he has a plan to help me get better along with homework. If I come to a session and he notices my disposition is off, we will talk, and he may say let's start with a massage before we get into the specific body work. With each session I learn something about my body and my mind. He has taught me to breathe through stress which has released a lot of tension in my muscles. He is just amazing, and he makes me feel safe and heard. I recommend Brandy to anybody in need of stress release or therapeutic body work. He listens and he cares about your wellbeing. Even if you believe your just fine, he gives the most beautiful Swedish and Deep Tissue massages.... I don't have the words to explain how he makes your body and mind respond, sometimes the tension is so great, when Brandon releases it, it makes you cry. We should all treat ourselves to a Brand Mullins massage weekly or at least once per month. I do, I go bi-weekly for 1.5 hours. Thank you, Brandon you are so greatly appreciated. By the way I can walk, and my back and hips are no longer killing me. We can now focus on the initial injury that caused all the drama.
