Brandon Mullins has taken the time to get to know me personally and understand my body and how I deal with pain and stress. He has taken this information and at every session he has a plan to help me get better along with homework. If I come to a session and he notices my disposition is off, we will talk, and he may say let's start with a massage before we get into the specific body work. With each session I learn something about my body and my mind. He has taught me to breathe through stress which has released a lot of tension in my muscles.
