My pedicure was pretty decent. The tech got to me after finishing another client. The problems arise with my friend's service. I was seated and asked if I wanted anything to drink. I asked what did they have to offer and was offered water, soda, wine. Once my friend saw I got wine she inquired and the tech brushed her off like "oh you dont look old enough". She then proceeded to do her nails aggressively and even when told she was being rough. We left and went elsewhere. If you like being disrespected about your request this place is perfect.

I' have been getting my nails done at this salon since last year and have been happy with the…read moreservices I received. My original nail tech, Kevin, left and it's been unsatisfactory since. I've had 4 different techs and each time have either had issues with the service --chrome nails delaminating (this was on 4/1:25) or not covering the full nail with acrylic/polish, or I was overcharged for service I didn't want to begin with. They also seem to have a revolving door of new nail techs. This last visit, I specifically chose my colors from a book that offers matching regular polish, gel and dip powder. I asked for gel on my hands and regular polish for my toes. I was informed right before polishing my toes that they did not have the matching regular polish. I asked for them to discount the $20 extra charge for gel because it wasn't what I wanted. They refused. The picture was from my visit on 4/1. In this economy, I won't continue to keep supporting a business that is inconsistent with their services and pricing.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon…read more I usually have a good experience with this salon. Out of respect for the technician (who I started seeing after I delivered my son), I will not post her name. My pedicure went well, but everything went downhill afterwards. I requested that my existing nails be soaked off. Instead of properly soaking them, the nail technician essentially ripped them off my nails. The process was so rough that my thumb began bleeding. She took a fake nail and slid it under the acrylic to remove my nails. She said "oh no, I'm sorry". What upset me even more was that instead of just apologizing, I was told it was because I have "thin nails." That is simply not true. My thumb was bleeding because my nails were not removed correctly. When I checked out, I spoke with who I believe was one of the owners to explain what had happened. Rather than showing concern or offering an apology, I felt dismissed and looked at as though I was overreacting. The interaction was demeaning, and I left feeling like my concerns didn't matter. To make matters worse, when I asked for my receipt, it was handed to me in a way that felt rude and dismissive. I have never left a salon feeling so embarrassed, disrespected, and insignificant. I can't say why I was treated this way. I don't know if it was simply poor customer service or something else, but regardless, no customer should leave feeling this way. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience. I believe customers deserve to be treated with care, respect, and professionalism--especially when a service results in an injury.
