Up front about pricing, they put thought into giving you the most value. Never had a service tech apologize up front for the cost of a repair... a couple of years ago they basically replaced my entire suspension (Chicago streets....) and service tech suggested to reduce the cost to only replace the worst components right now and delay some less critical components for 6 months because they could last a little longer. I asked him to just replace everything right now. But again, when's the last time a tech put thought into balancing cost vs value for you? Can't recommend the entire team at that garage, enough.

I recently went to a new mechanic because I now have an exhaust leak with a cracked y pipe. They just called to say my entire exhaust is made of old pieces all patchworked together, which was never discussed with me at Davila. Now I'm dropping $500 to fix. Never coming back.
