I don't care much for the fancy luxurious massage places, been through a lot in different states, different countries. I want effective and not a whole waste of time during the booked massage minutes. Both masseuse esp Wendy who did the most of the deep tissue was so good she was able to spot my pressure points! Not a whole lot of conversation which I truly prefer and this was very worthwhile real self care. I prefer deep tissue / pressure points massage - if you are really looking for a great deep pressure massage then this place will not disappoint you. I usually get my massages with Summer - She is amazing A firm hand, just enough for those troubled spots/points and knots in your body. She is very professional and knows her job- most of the time you do not need to tell her, but she finds those tension knots in your body/ . I feel she gives enough time and I don't feel rushed. They include aroma-therapy and hot stones as well which is an amazing tough and relaxes you completely. It's very easy to get an appointment here and walk-ins are also welcomed. And they are open until late in the evenings. It is a clean place, but you can definitely here conversations happening in other room or reception which can be loud. I reduced 1 star because, the owner lady(not sure - the old lady) / who is sometimes in the reception pushes you for additional tip amount than what you are giving !

Her style was more sports/ therapeutic. My husband also had a great massage, but his preferred style was relaxing and easy pressure, his therapist Mila was able to adapt. The prices are reasonable for the quality of experience. The facilities are super clean and spacious, parking is easy, and massages were great.

They asked me and my partner individually to do 90 minutes even though we had reserved it for 60. We got there 15 minutes later, but had to wait an additional 15 minutes in the lobby. Would've liked to be told they were running 30 minutes late instead. The massage experience: good pressure and technique. But the overall experience was not detail oriented. The pillows/support items were placed lop-sided and I had to adjust them myself every time. It was difficult to breathe through the liner that covered the spot for the head. The amount of massage oil used was stingy - felt like it was creating more resistance than helping with it. The music kept breaking and they left it like that for like 20 minutes before fixing it. It was altogether very distracting. When I went up to pay, they charged me $146, even though they had previously confirmed over both the phone and text that it would cost $140. I was initially going to use a Groupon that cost $143, but they asked me to pay them directly instead because they would charge me less and because it would be better for the business. I was surprised to see the tips to choose from ranged from ~25 to ~35 (don't remember the actual numbers but it was shockingly high). I did not have a great experience altogether but was still planning to tip 18%. When I tried to type it up myself, the front desk lady said I had to tip 20%, she pulled out a calculator and said that would be $30 (which should have been $28 for $140). It was not a suggestion to change what I was typing. She was telling me to do so. I wasn't bothered by the few dollars, but rather the dishonesty and sneakiness behind the business. One or two wrong things can be a mistake. It was our anniversary and we were really excited to try a new spot. But we unfortunately did not enjoy this experience. We will be going back to our regular spot.
