I will never come to this place again. For starters it was $50 for 30 minutes which is on the high side especially for the level of service I received. First I walk in and no one is even at the front desk so I am waiting about 5 minutes before someone comes out - that's not why I won't be coming back again though. It's because 10 minutes into my massage the lady abruptly stops the massage and leaves the room because she hears their reception bell ring. Well she left with the door nearly wide open. Here I am half-naked with my face down and in no position to get up and shut the door. Next I hear this guy, a customer seeking a massage passing by my door - now I have no idea whether or not he peered into the room I was in - the point is I felt unbelievably uncomfortable and exposed. At that point when the lady returned (it was a good 5 minutes later) I was no longer into the massage as the relaxation part was interrupted. On top o that they charge you $3 for charging on a credit card. Altogether poor experience and not great service - difficult to communicate with them as well. I will say the lady massaging me was kind and I am sure she was doing her best and didn't intend to make me feel so uncomfortable - regardless if you are running a business it's critical to be mindful toward the level of service customers are getting or you loss them! Oh, and the massage was just ok - nothing epic. read more

I've been searching for an affordable and high quality massage spa. I thought I would try Arora massage on McNeil near I-35. There, Coco worked on my ailing arthritic hips and thighs. Also, she found nearly every pain pressure point in my back, neck, face, legs, arms, hands and feet. It took a full 90 minutes, At my request I paid for extra time on my 60 minute session to finish the good progress Coco was making. When she finished I could walk out of the spa without pain. I went home and was able to move several hundred pounds of fence material in my back yard without being crippled! Thank you Aurora Spa! read more

My experience was amazing! My masseuse was Yoyo. She did a combination of deep tissue and shiatsu. Very thorough and diligent. Also discovered where I needed more attention on her own. I think the bonus was the head and face massage. I'll definitely visit again. The place was neat and clean. Light music playing in the background. read more

Came in the afternoon to get a massage. Keep in mind the massage is unclothed. So if that makes you uncomfortable, then this spot may not be for you. I got a 60 min massage for $70. There is a $3 charge if you use your debit/credit card. So have cash on hand. My masseuse Lisa was pretty good. She asked at the beginning of I wanted a medium or hard pressure massage. Throughout the massage any pinpoints where she thought it was too rough she would ask if I was ok. The ambiance is nice, the music is soothing and it didn't even feel like I was In there for an hour. But it was a good experience. If I'm ever in the neighborhood again I will stop by for another massage. read more

great deep massage and always great availability....... I have gone multiple times. Try this if you're in the Round Rock area.

Was excited to get a deal on Groupon for this place. I decide to get a couples massage for my boyfriends birthday. It was his first one so I was a bit nervous cuz I wanted it to be great -service was so/so they just went right to it no talking to us b4 hand or introducing them selfs - place was very clean - 15 min into it we got a knock on the door and heard another (male) customers voice , with the door open . The ladies stop what they are doing leave and me an my boyfriend we're very confused and me a bit uncomfortable considering we're naked on the table lol (yes they apologized and went back to the massage) - lotion/oil used had (no sent) it was just in a jergens lotion container -room wasn't anything special - massage was good wasn't the best I've had -at the end they did ask for a tip while waiting for their card reader to pay . which made it a bit awkward read more

Bought a Groupon for three days now they have not answered the phone and st times it says disconnected. Today lady answered the phone, sounded like she was dead asleep or on drugs, told me she was available in the morning. I asked if I could come on another day between five and six and she hung up on me. Now is not answering my phone calls. I've already contacted Groupon but this is the flakiest weirdest situation from Groupon ever. read more

Good place for massage after travel. Came in this afternoon. I called prior to heading over, they had an opening and I drove out. I was greeted at the door. The front lady asked me if I was the man that called asking for a 2pm appt. I said I was. I was escorted back to a room. I was greeted by LiLi. She was wearing a mask but you could tell she was smiling. Very warm and inviting. The massage was great. Many knots and tension was released during this session, and if you get the room with the supports that allow her to walk on your back. Try it out! I was walking on air as I left. Thanks again, Li Li! I will be back. read more

1) Massage was decent, but it was just 50 mins and they expect tip. 2) Operating mobile during the session was super annoying. read more

I recently moved here and needed a new massage person as I go regularly and like to see the same person. I was really nervous and held off a week longer than usual so today I called and they could get me in 30 minutes. The lady greeted me and was really kind and took me to my room. Fast forward to my massage lady coming in to give me a very interesting massage. I was first fully uncovered and minutes later a towel was cramed in between my legs. I had to ask three times for the cover to be put back on me. Very inconsistent on pressure. There was no flow it was from my shoulder to my hip to my arm back to my shoulder. Half of my massage was being slapped, elbows rammed into my lower back and the other barely even finger tips. I asked for a deep tissue hot stone I've asked for the same thing twice a month for 6 years now. I will never go here again and would suggest others to not as well read more

I tend to get massages regularly but during covid have not gotten as many. I finally decided to start getting massages again recently and wanted to support other smaller businesses too. I looked up local places and found Aurora Massage on Google - they had amazing reviews so gave them a try. I just got a massage (yay for them being open late - until 10!!) with Jenfer and she was amazing. Highly recommend you to see her. Everyone was wearing a mask which was much appreciated - I noticed they were wearing them through the window even before I walked in so I appreciated they don't only wear them when customers are there. They were so lovely and kind and the massage was great. Highly recommend!! read more

Do not come to this place if you want a massage. We were told that they take walk ins but then our appointment was cancelled and they have no openings. The place must be under new management. We were asked to pay before we received the service, we then walked down to the room and waited for almost 20 minutes for a masseuse. We got up and asked for a refund and then they weee unable to. Do not come here read more

Had a great massage. Very professional and comfortable environment. Very friendly service and relaxing massage.

My husband and I do a lot of volunteer work and this last year has been particularly stressful with the community we are trying to help and the long hours we've had to put in. For each of our birthdays I decided to gift us with a massage. We wore our masks the entire time as did Li Li & May. The establishment is clean and welcoming. They found spots on each of us that were so knotted up and sore that it will take more than a visit or two to undo the damage that's accumulated this past year. We weren't even dressed and we were already discussing how soon we wanted to get back in for another massage. It hurt so good as the saying goes. We concluded that we need to make this a regular monthly thing. It's hard to "do good" when you don't "feel good". We're so grateful to Li Li and May for their hard work today. The prices are among the best you'll find around here and they give you a FULL HOUR not 50 minutes like everywhere else. If you're hurting, stressed etc. don't hesitate to come in and let them work their magic on you. We're so glad we went and we'll be back many times in the future. read more

They were not prepared for our appointment, didn't know how to accommodate a pregnant woman(and given a heads up), one of the employees answered the phone 8x during the session, left the room, and had his phone playing a YouTube video.. during the massage! read more

Wow! What can I say?! I'll start by say I was in so much pain with my siatica. I literally limped on the doors of this nice, clean sand relaxing salon. I was greeted immediately by Lilly. She was very welcoming and asked if I could come back at 6. It was 515.. I sat in my car for about 10 min and she came out and said, come on in, we can see you now. She led me to ask nice, calming room and went thru her protocol. Once on the table, Lilly was very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I had specific areas I need work on. I did a 60 min session and throughout the time I spent with her she engaged as necessary and made my 1st experience Aurora very pleasurable. I will be returning and definitely recommend checking this place out! Thanks again Lilly! read more

I stopped-by the place last Friday and they were busy so I said I'll call next time to make an appointment. However today I was really very tired and since they are not too far away from my house, I decided again to stop by. Luckily they had an opening and I normally like a 90 min massage but it was my first time to their business so for starters I did a 60 min. Lily highly recommended their newest masseuse, Jennifer, and she was truly an A+. She has an art to her strokes and I could sense that she is very experienced and understands the muscular formation of aches and pains because she knows where to look every time she did a stroke. She was amazingly remarkable! She took me to a state of zen for sure. As tired as I was when I went in, I was smiling and happy with the whole experience when I was done. I recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a wonderful massage and I definitely recommend their business. It is clean and they were all very friendly, professional and accommodating. Five stars!!! read more

I received an EXCEPTIONAL deep tissue massage from Coco at Aura Massage last week. I've suffered with Sciatica for a few years now. Coco is really helping eradicate the pain through deep tissue massage. I was recommended to try Coco 3 months ago when she was working at TAO Massage. I started using Coco's services and noticed a HUGE improvement after the first massage. Some of her other clients told me she relieves their headaches and backaches, also. Coco is so good that I litterally tracked her down last week, after I learned she had left TAO. I found her nearby at Aura Massage on McNeil. If you live with chronic pain, ask for a deep tissue massage from Coco. Be sure to tell the receptionist about the specific 'problem area'. You will not be disappointed. I promise, you will be RELIEVED!!! read more

Lisa did a phenomenal job. She got into the tender spots and really pushed out every knot I had in my shoulders and legs. When she got down to my ankles I felt so relieved and relaxed. Very clean and professional. Lisa is your go too. I was impressed with my 60 minute massage. The deep tissue was intense but after she released I felt my body go into a deep slumber. I walked out of Aurora Massage with my joints no longer hurting and refreshed. I can't wait to come back. Best place to come too in the Round Rock area. read more

I got a Groupon here because it was pretty close to where I live and I really wanted a massage last minute due to a long, stressful day. Called twice and nobody answered (red flag) then a few minutes later I get a text message from someone there but from a completely different phone number (red flag). They called me and asked if I wanted to schedule and I said ASAP. We agreed on a time and she didn't ask my name number anything just said see you then (red flag). So I get there and check my phone before getting out of my car and that same number that texted me texts me again saying they can't do my time anymore because they're busy now. Already pretty annoyed, I go inside to reschedule atleast since I already drove over there and I can't help but be overwhelmed by the stench of piss and bleach. She reiterated that they've filled my appointment basically and asked me to come back later tonight. I asked her about coming in tomorrow and if I could make an actual appointment and she handed me a business card from a stack that all had the phone number sharpied over? Needless to say I tossed it as soon as I walked out and thank god groupon lets you trade in vouchers. Won't be coming back. read more
