Took my first class here with Kelsea. She did a great job with demonstrating how to properly do each step, correcting form, and being encouraging. This was a level 1 pilates class, it was nice to go back and learn the proper form, as I have not consistently done pilates in months. This class was challenging but not overly painful which was nice. Her mic was not working which at times was a little hard to hear, but Kelsea made sure to circle the room so everyone could hear her. The studio itself is gorgeous, I could not get over how cute of a room it was. Parking was also very easy and convenient. read more

After being sidelined from a lower back injury (due to horseback riding), my first class returning to Pilates was with Kelsea. Over the last year, I have been in many of her classes and knew how attentive and knowledgeable she was about protecting the lower back with breathing and form. RTR is awesome. The instructors are terrific, and the studio offers several classes each day at every level. I've been to 77 classes, and I can count on one hand (with fingers to spare) the ones I didn't love -- it's clear that management works hard to attract and retain top talent. When I joined back in February, I wasn't sure if I'd even go twice a week; I'm now considering upgrading my membership to three times a week for 2025! read more
