I left a review for the Dublin location as that is where I have made my most recent trips but it all started at the Pacheco location. The service between the two locations is absolutely unbeatable from phone calls to speaking in person. I have spoken with James numerous times; fortunately for me, James has done all of the leg work tracking down my 4th BFG KO2 E-load for my 4runner. 4,000 miles later those bad boys are still doing their job :). Between the 2 locations there really is no reason that you should not be leaving their shop with a smile on your face. The prices are unmatched and they do a great job ensuring that all tires are up to customers expectations prior to selling them. In regards to the Dublin location (again), very thankful for all of Tim and Marilyn's constant help when I am there. Not only are they great employees but just all around genuine people. The selection of tires at Dublin is much smaller than Pacheco but don't let that discourage you as they will transfer inventory from location to location for customers. If they don't have it, trust me... THEY WILL FIND IT FOR YOU. Every time I've stopped by, Patrick is grinding away in the shop, not sure if Ive seen him take a break over the last few months ;). Seems like that guy only has one speed and it is FAST! Whether you are looking for used tires, new tires or even just a mount and balance, look no further as RT Tire encompasses it all!! Needed just two tires, so opted for a good set of used ones. RT is an excellent, independent shop. We certainly don't need any more big box companies putting the little guys out of business. Happy to support a small shop that's well run and friendly. If you are, too, then RT's your place. Tech got a good measurement of the remaining two tires, then we matched up a nice set of used ones with similar tread depth. The entire process took maybe 30 minutes. Every tech I met was professional and friendly. I texted my wife to say "hey, I'm getting a couple tires." Work was finished, I came home, made a coffee, put some music on. My wife came out of her office and said "when are you getting the tires ?" That's how quick these guys are :-) read more

These guys are awesome! Blew my tire out on the freeway and they were recommended to me. I went there and they were busy! I've been coming here for years with all of my vehicles. Service is amazing, value is beyond compare. I was just there and Jason, whom I've never met before, showed me incredible kindness and compassion as I broke down in tears over a "fresh" personal tragedy unrelated to my tires but the need for tires just made me fall apart. I'm so glad that my parents told me to come here. They saw their commercial/ad on kron 4 and then my mom got tires from here so here I an. It was so simple, easy and fast... really fast. I was dredding coming because i know nothing about tires and when i went to another place, i told them what my dad said to get for tires and of course they wanted me to get some other tires that costed way more and my dad had to come down there because i was over it. Not to mention it took forever! Here, I just walked up and told them I needed tires and i got tires*hits the easy button*. I was there for maybe 30 minutes (major plus). I like how the parking area wasn't crowded with cars and you could just pull in. Oh and the staff actually said hello when you arrived and even thanked you, which is always nice. The guy that helped me was really nice as well. COVID stuff They're definitely set-up to keep you and their staff safe. All of the staff had on a masks and gloves, even when they were out in the front talking to eachother. You pull up your car yourself to a designated area and they put the tires on. Restroom is closed to the public. I'd definitely recommend RTs for sure. They're awesome! read more

Beware this company went to the dumps, there sales staff I'd great their installers are garbage, they use to be best installers ever, since Covid, this location has low tire inventory o ordered tiers online , I have been to this location 10 times last time about 10 days ago, they took my car to put my tires on, took 1.5 hrs, you Dan watch the installers anymore like the have something to hide, got my car back home, they broke my tire sensor and my hubcap, and when I went to check tire pressure all tires where different and get caps were Not screw on, looks like a rush job, and the installer was in such a rush he did not have time to screw the caps on, this is the 2nd time this happens, Avoid this installation place, it's not like it's cheap 120.00 to install 4 tires you would expect a quality install, shame . read more

They have good quality used tires. I've bought many used tires before, and I always thought RT tires were more expensive, but that wasn't the case. They just sell better quality tires that has more life left that's why it's a bit more money then the others; but it's a better value. I was impressed. I highly recommend RT tires. read more

Great customer service! Fast and attentive I believe Mike was his name (bad with names) he took care of me from beginning to end when getting tires for my sister's Prius. They have a vast selection of tires that are almos new, we got a set with 95+ % life left in them and he greeted us and showed us the set he was going to install. They proceeded with the installation and 15 minutes later we were driving home on new shoes. Highly recommend this guy for your tire needs. Take this from someone who is hard to please. Left work early to pick up my child. Right when I hit highway 4 I heard a weird noise from my back end of the car. Pulled over to see that pieces of my tire are coming off . Panicked, called parents and the school to tell my child I'm going to be late. Since the tire wasn't losing air according to my screen, I could make it to RT tire. Fast, friendly service at reasonable prices. $85/TPMS sensor replaced incl labor. They do 1st come, 1st serve so I was able to drive up and get helped almost immediately. Done in less than an hour. PepBoys quoted me comparable, but then, when looking up the part to finalize work order, said my sensors cost $200+ ea (MUCH higher!) so now $250 ea incl labor! Not saying there were shenanigans, cuz Fred showed me what his screen was showing...and for the sensors THEY use, it was that price. His screen also showed other places selling the part for $50 to $70 but he said they can't order from them. That's a crazy difference in price! RT is literally 8 mins away, down a few blocks! Go to them if you have a choice. They will now be my go-to store for any services RT does! read more

Great experience here!! Had a nail in my tire. Showed up with no appointment and was helped right away. Quoted me a very good price if i wanted a new tire and they also have used tires. They checked my tire and patched it. Very honest business, they did not try to sell me a tire or upsell like a lot of places do. I was in & out within 20 minutes. Will be back and refer people to this business. I like to support small businesses if possible and this one is worth it!! Employees working there were also very friendly and courteous. They have a lot of used tires and some new in stock. But they did tell me they can usually order new tires and get them within a day or two. read more

Woman on the phone had me on hold multiple times. I patiently waited my turn and inquired about buying 4 tires. The woman was not even able to search my tire by vehicle and I had to google it myself. Once I gave her the tire size she put me on hold for over 15 minutes and never gave me a quote, just hung up on me. I'm assuming that a different customer became more important than finishing my quote. This place is unreliable and I don't feel like I can trust to bring my car here now. Sometimes I wonder if the positive reviews here were paid for because my experience with this place has been nothing but horrible. I drove in to have my tire monitor sensors checked out as they were the same place that replaced them few months earlier. A man asked me to wait and I waited, waited and waited while he engaged other customers that came after me and then, started chatting with a young lady and simply ignored me. I had enough and left. I wrote this review on their site but for some reason, it was wiped off. Improve your customer service and people will take your business seriously. I drove to American Tires on Monument Blvd in Concord and my tire monitor sensors were recalibrated at no cost.Shame on you RT tires... read more
