During the process of swapping out the old tires for the new, 3 out of 4 of my wheels got chewed up a little. Erik called me down to take a look and offered me a few different options to make sure they corrected the mistake. The wheels I had on my truck were extremely nice (I liked them) but they were discontinued. So we tried to see if we could get someone to repair the scratches/gouges but unfortunately they would look the same. The would end up being painted completely black, losing that milled look. After a couple weeks I called Erik back and suggested we have to go another route, which would be for them to purchase new wheels for me. And so he did. (Not the same, but some very nice ones). They took care of replacing my old wheels with the new ones and everything looked ok. A day or 2 later Erik called me because he noticed something I didn't. The lug nuts. My previous wheels had a cap over the lugs so you didn't see them. However, my new wheels don't have that, so you can see the lug nuts and they didn't look that good up against the black wheels. Erik called and offered to order me some black lug nuts to soften the appearance on my new wheels. All in all, Erik went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure all was done correctly. Great guys. Great to work with and over all i highly recommend this place.

The tire kept leaking air and I kept refilling it throughout the week. I was having trouble finding time to take care of it with my work schedule. I called after 5pm to see if they could fit me in. From the initial call to replacing the faulty valve, they were professional and on it! They also checked the tire for leaks and checked all 4 tire sensors. Totally different experience at the Concord location this morning. I walked in and asked for a simple brake pad replacement on my truck. The service advisor looked up my account, verified my info, added the truck, verified the VIN, etc. After about 5 minutes he came back with an estimate for *$1,400.* When I asked for a breakdown, it was for brake pads, rotors, AND calipers. I told him I only wanted brake pads replaced. I understand where he's coming from, but my calipers were replaced within the last year. If the rotors actually need it and are approved on my account, fine, but right now I just need pads. He went to talk to the manager, came back and said they can't do just pads because of the "condition of the rotors." Here's my question for the manager: How were you able to verify the condition of my rotors if my truck never left the parking lot? No one removed a wheel. No one measured rotor thickness. No one even used a flashlight to check pad thickness in mm. No inspection was done at all. Just an eyeball check? Show me the FACTS! I understand shops recommending rotors with pads, but you can't tell me my rotors are bad without even looking at them. That's not an inspection, that's an upsell. I walked away. I won't be back to the Concord location. If you go there, get a second opinion.
