    I went in to purchase two front tires. The guy that assisted showed me two new Pirelli tires. He told me these were the only Pirelli tires he had in stock. I agreed to purchase the tires and paid for them. He stated they would install them and I could wait in the back. I decided to walk to the store while the tires were being installed. When I returned two different very worn Pirelli tires had been installed on my vehicle. I immediately went in and spoke with the guy that originally sold me the Pirelli tires (the newer ones) about this apparent bait and switch. He shocked, that I actually looked at the tires before leaving said the two tires I purchased both had something wrong with them (not likely) therefore he had to find some other tires to put on my vehicle. Lies!! The tires were obviously taken off of someone else's vehicle and placed on mine. He assured me that he would find two new tires for my vehicle and asked me to come back the next week. Long story short he NEVER honored his promise. Every time I called or went into the store he gave me the run around. SHM. Who would do this to one of their customers???? RT Tires that's who! Obviously customer retention means absolutely nothing to them. Please BEWARE of this shady dishonest swindler!!!! Shop at your own risk

    Bad patch job. Tried to tell me it was tar. It was rubbery and only in that spot.

    Not sure what's going on at RT but we buy all our tires for our fleet there - 3 work vans, 4 trucks and 1 car. Driving to Roseville Tuesday and tire light came on. Checked tires in Cordelia and put air in all 4 tires and light turned off. Wednesday driving to office and light came on. Pulled into work parking lot and tire was flat. Had a nail in the left rear. Husband took car in they said they could not patch it even though nail was in the dead center of the tire. Sold him a tire. It looked good until 3 days later the tire light came on again. Was able to make it the 76 on Lake Herman and started to air up all 4 tires because it's hard to tell with low profile tires which one is bad. 3/4 tires were at correct pressure but not the one they sold him. As I was putting the air on the valve stem I noticed the bad patch job. Called RT they couldn't help me. Tire was not holding air. Told me to put on spare. Car packed with work gear and camping gear no way that was going to happen plus I had the dog. After trying to get the tire back up to 30 psi which took awhile I was able to drive the car home to drop off the dog and then over to RT. Walked in. They knew who I was from the call. A worker said he looked for the tire they took from us on Wednesday but it had been sold...ummm thought it wasn't repairable! Based on a comment I made about a crappy week the guy up front said they would put on a brand new tire at no charge. Initially I think he was going to not charge me for the tire but I'd have to pay for the install. They take the car around the back and come back about 10 minutes later. Hand me the key. As I'm walking to the car I noticed the gouge in the front left! That was absolutely not there prior. From putting air in all 4 tires Tuesday. To working on Friday at a customers new car wash and looking at how the tire dressing was applying on all 4 tires and putting air in all 4 tires about 45-60 minutes prior to going back to RT I can say with 100% confidence that gouge was not there. Unfortunately I can't prove anything and I definitely wasn't going to confront anyone there. It was already uncomfortable and I was by myself. I don't think it was the upfront store (rt) but if I had to guess it was the guy in back (McGinn) separate company who does the installs and he was upset he had to do it for free. That's my best guess. Now I have to replace the left front due to the sidewall gouge. Totally disappointed in what transpired. Not sure what's changed but maybe business is slow and they're cutting corners. I don't know but definitely not going back with any of our vehicles anymore.

    These used tires online are sold for almost $250 each a Toyo 235/55/R 19. I got them for a fraction of the cost!

    I usually don't like doing reviews anymore, especially too early in the service because sometimes you're not overall satisfied after you do a review but I have to do a review on this tire place because I am so excited about the deal I got I've been literally calling my friends and family telling them about this new tire place I found. I called around and got quoted different amounts between $900 and $1200 to replace my tires on my Q5 and I got a set of barely used tires with a warranty for about $500 bucks. It's the best deal I could've came across all year. Thank you RT tires. They got me in and out of there so quickly. and for those who say don't buy used tires, you've gotta go over there and check them out for yourself. I got a set of Toyo Open Country a very quality tire!! I will be back... It feels almost illegal posting this review because I got such a good deal. I don't want to tell everybody because I don't want the prices to go up when I have to go back in three or four years and get a new set of tires.

She kept her cool under pressure and was very helpful, knowledgeable and down to earth. There was a very long line of people when I came to pick up my car. One "Karen" ignored the line and berated Candace about a service issue that resulted in her having to go to Big O Tires. Candace handled this person like a complete pro. Kept her cool and allowed the customer to vent and storm off. There was no way to the customer's irrational anger, Candace remained the perfect balance of listening but staying on task with the customer she had been helping. More people like her, please!

I had an appointment, but when I arrived, I was told they were backed up -- so that meant a long wait. After the diagnostic, the service advisor told me the compressor was bad. He even double-checked with the technician to confirm that the relays and fuses had been tested, and the technician said they were good. Fast forward -- I took the vehicle to another shop to have the compressor replaced. After installation, the A/C still didn't work. I mentioned what Pep Boys had said and asked if we could do some basic troubleshooting. Within minutes, we found a bad relay -- something that should have been tested immediately. A quick test, the technican could have easily done was I swapped the A/C relay with the fuel system relay right next to it, and sure enough, the compressor came on and the engine died 10 seconds later. Extremely frustrating experience. A simple, basic test was completely missed, leading to unnecessary expense and wasted time. Friendly people, but I won't be trusting them with diagnostics or servicing any of my vehicles.

Just to check what was wrong with my car. I dropped it off at 11am and I went around the mall across the street to pass some time. It was 2:30 and I gave a call to Firestone and wanted to see if I could get an updated. A older man over the phone says they're half way done and to wait a bit longer. I understand they were busy so I brushed it off. It became 4:30 and at this point I was getting a bit frustrated. I went back to the store and spoke to Josh. I told him I dropped off my car at 11, called at 2:30 and said the store was half way done, and it is now 4:30 I would like an update. All I asked for was a maintenance check. Josh then said he would check on the guy who was working on it. I sat there waited for an hour and I did not get an update. At this point it was 5:30. I was upset and went up to a younger employee and told him the same thing. I was there at 11, 2:30 they said it was almost done, 4:30 Josh would go check and didn't come back, I'm ONLY having a maintenance check, getting nothing done and asked for an update. At that point I just wanted to leave. He said he is going to go check and came back in 2 minutes. And said along the lines of "honestly, we didn't start on your car. The only guy that does the diagnostics has been busy and he didn't get to it" and suggested to come back tomorrow since they were very busy. I'm glad that he gave me an honest update. I appreciate the honesty he gave me and he was the only one that showed me good customer service. compared to Josh and the other person on the phone who said they were half done. Yeah they were nice but there was no honesty. I wouldn't been upset if they just told me they couldn't get to it and to come back another day and earlier in the day. Yeah I wasted my whole day waiting for nothing and it was upsetting but I'm more upset that they were not communicating with me and have been honest about it. I get they get busy but the lying they were working on it and honest communication needs to be improved At this rate I don't feel like coming back to get my car checked there or at all.
