If you're looking at reviews questioning the ceramic... it's a top notch brand and super respected in the industry. No questions/issues there. There are many decent to good films in the market. This one is a premium one for sure, but the most important thing is the shop. This place excels in customer service and values. I am really skeptical of a lot of service-based businesses these days, because the quality and attention to detail has just gone down hill. I did some research before coming here and determined this was the best place in town. I've lived all over the country and have used multiple window tinting businesses and this one was hands down the best (and that says A LOT because I've been in very big cities). The customer service is top notch. This family-owned business really is reminiscent of what it meant to be a family owned business in the past. I didn't have any issues, but I spoke with them at length and I am 100% satisfied that they would correct any issue that might arise. This fact alone is a reason enough to come here. Not everything will always be perfect, but working with a business who will make things right is increasingly more important every year it seems. With that said, they did a fantastic job and I have no complaints. I would not hesitate to come here, and I tend to be pretty skeptical by nature. They take appointments over the phone and prefer it if you leave your car in for the whole day. The pet hair removal was an extra $40, but totally worth it.
