I will say he did mix up our times however he corrected this and offered a way to make up for the confusion. The work itself was great! He got out gum and coffee stains in my backseat and it looked like new! Definitely would be using his services again, worth the price. Also, he is mobile and comes to you (you must have an electrical outlet) and he gives discounts for students and ride share drivers.
