I have been a Yelper for many years, and admittedly, I don't take the time to leave a review for places and services I have used in the past. I am sitting down and taking the time to type down this review for RSVPpassports because I am thoroughly impressed and blown away with the service I received from Tony. To make a long story a short one, my valid and current passport's expiration date was less than six months away. Many airlines have policy about not allowing the traveler onboard for not having enough cushion with the expiration date. I found out about this within a few days before the departure date - imagine my stress level going through the roof! After getting my passport pictures taken at the FedEx store, I wasn't sure where to get an expedited passport right away. I had a last minute trip to China come up so I needed to get a visa quickly. The nearest Chinese consulate is in Houston. However I had neither the time nor the inclination to make the 7 hours round trip there and get it done myself. So naturally I looked for a passport service on Yelp and found Tony and RSVPpassports. I'll be honest when I say I was a little bit wary at first about handing over a main form of identification to someone I don't know. So I did as much homework as I could. This is the second time I've used Tony's RSVPpassports. I went to other passport service companies and they all gave me the same cold service, "We are closed at this time. Come back when we're open." or "You will need to pay at the higher rate because time is limited." So, they either only wanted my service when it was convenient for them, or they wanted to guarantee their service by urging me to pay a higher rate to be sure it would arrive on time. With Tony, he was straight up and direct, I can do it, one price only, he could either do it on time or he cannot. Tony worked for me at all hours to be sure I was not anxious. He also has his own contacts, no extra courier service charge and no expedite charges. And after the second time using his service, I was hardly worried about my son's visa to China being ready. My time was limited and that is my fault, but Tony assured me he could do it and said he would tell me if he couldn't.
