I am absolutely obsessed with this hotel/motel holiday inn. From check in to check out it was super smooth and the young lady with short blonde hair was the absolute sweetest and friendliest welcome to the start of our 10 day vacation down to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons. Just check out my pics... clean, adorable, comfortable!! Beds were great. I did get a suite so we had extra room, and it's probably the only room I would rent again as it is so absolutely lovely. Vintagey and mid century modern I cannot get enough of it. Tiny details everywhere you look. Staying for only one night is tragic, and I might cancel our 5 star hotel anniversary celebration last day of vaca splurge stay next week when we fly home just to stay here again. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Price is a little bit high but I think that's everywhere these days right but so worth it. Little bit of street noise but honestly nothing to really mention but I didn't hear any neighbors, not sure if that is the usual or not but I was extremely satisfied and happy and hope when we return I have the same experience. Be warned the cafe attached makes the parking lot completely full but it clears out after breakfast at least it did on a Saturday so not sure how that works for guests if they can't find parking! This was THE cutest hotel!! I felt like a Queen here. Complimentary champagne at check-in, record player with a record you can play AND Bluetooth feature for your phone if you prefer, free water bottles, satin robes to wear, coffee bar, EASY digital code check-in, the list goes on. The only inconveniences I had were regarding the lack of a microwave and elevator. I had to carry my 50 pound suitcase up and down the stairs. However, the room was SO cute and quirky that I easily looked over it. They were also super understanding with a little emergency I had and allowed me to check out an hour later at no cost. I stayed at the RSPV Hotel a while ago and feel the need to warn future guests. The hotel mistakenly gave another guest access to our room and someone opened our door while we were inside, which was incredibly unsettling very late at night. We ended up having to call the police. It turns out the hotel mismanages room access codes, which raises serious security concerns. I notified management, but there was no attempt to make it right (though I didn't ask for compensation). For your own safety and peace of mind, I'd recommend staying elsewhere. read more

Really lovely hotel (motel?). I almost passed on staying here because the word "motel" worried me. It does appear to be a converted motel, but it's MUCH nicer than any motel I've ever stayed at. We were placed in a disability accessible room even though we had reserved a queen room. So I can't speak for the size of a queen room but the accessible room was huge with a gigantic bathroom. Bed was great and comfortable, so was the couch in the sitting area. I loved how cute the little pink mini fridge was, although it really didn't get that cold. My favorite part of the hotel is that behind the room was a private patio (shared with 3 other rooms) that had a nice seating area and TWO gas-powered fireplaces. It was so nice to sit out there under pretty patio lights and let my dogs relax out there with me. Check-in and check-out is super easy via text message. The only con is that next door the neighboring building is doing construction and they start very early in the morning at 7 am and it's quite loud. It's not the hotel's fault at all. However if I was traveling with a baby or light sleeper, they may be unhappy with all the noise. I appreciate the freebies they include in the room, like bottled water, body lotion, facial wipes, vitamins. Walking to downtown is about a 10-15 minute walk. My one recommendation is that if someone pays the pet fee, it would be nice if they provide a water bowl and also nice if they had a trash can and baggies outdoors for cleaning up after dogs. Also they need to repaint the handicap symbols on the designated parking spaces because they are so faded you can't see them anymore and we saw someone parked there all weekend who did not have a handicap sign in their car. read more

The good and the bad of it: great hotel, love all the little kindnesses they extend throughout your room from makeup remover wipes, to the Montana Smokey quartz rocks, to earplugs (these WILL be needed if you are in a ground level room), to the record player. But instead of a complimentary glass of champagne at check in, I'd really love a note card given to anyone who is staying upstairs that these ceilings and walls seem like they were put together with hummingbird paper and preschool paste. You hear and feel every footfall from above. The earplugs do nothing for the earthshaking/walking going on above me... from ending after midnight (dear god i pray this man doesn't have a prostate issue and is up all night having to pee) to his 6 am wake up time and needing to stop around for hours. This adorable little spot in Bozeman has everything you need and everything you didn't know you needed. The details in the room are extra accommodating with little souvenirs from Montana, bottled water, silky robes and more. The restaurant is has incredible food, beverages and snacks. It's all in the details here at RSVP, and they do a phenomenal job of making you feel like a 5-star guest. It may be a "motel", as they display it out front, but I promise they operate like a luxurious hotel. They are super welcoming with their texts before check-in and even offered a champagne bottlewelcome for an additional cost. Their front desk service is stellar and quick. A free glass of champagne and muffins are available at the front desk. The rooms vary in size. We opted for a double queen and were not disappointed. They have a TV, mini fridge, and a record player in the room. Furniture is super nice and modern. They have all the amenities plus more. Extra vitamins are in the room, a welcome note from housekeeping, Montana smoky quartz rocks with info on their healing properties, water bottles, beautiful robes, etc. They do not miss a beat here. They have large bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the showers. And the lotion here smelled SO good! Breakfast can be purchased from the Farmer's Daughters by the front desk. Coffee is free for all guests. They are also about 5 minutes from Montana State University and only 28 minutes away from Bridger Bowl. Main Street is less than 5 minutes down the road where all the restaurants are located. Great customer service and a comfy stay. I will FOR SURE book here again!! read more

I wanted to love this hotel, and I still love the concept. This review is specifically for the queen room, which is the tightest hotel room I've ever stayed in. We did not watch the videos before booking and just went off the two images on the booking page, which said it was their smallest room but didn't give the sq footage. We should have done our due diligence in looking at traveler photos on review sites, our fault here. The room was micro-hotel status, but without the good use of space that comes with a micro hotel like an Arlo or Motto. The queen bed was on a platform, which was a beautiful design, but just not a fit for the room. At the edge the platform had dead space which we ended up tripping over more than anything. Pros: bulk amenities, text concierge, keyless doors, on-site cafe Cons: When someone showered, the entire room steamed up. There was one window but looked right into the street. The TV barely worked our entire stay. We had such a hard time finding our room when we got there because it was at the back of the building and there were so signs. They disabled the gates during our stay from the back where our room was so we had to walk around the entire building to get to the front lobby/cafe. I would love to come back and try a bigger room as this visit just wasn't a 10/10 for us. read more

This is one of my favorite hotels (motels) I've stayed in. First, the service was fantastic. Everyone seemed to be genuinely pleasant and super nice, both at the front desk & at the attached café. My interactions with the folks here is why I'd come back if I'm ever in Bozeman again. The design details are what first catch your eye at this place. This is how you recycle an outdated motel and make it fun and relevant again. If any of the furniture looked like your typical "safe" hotel décor, this place wouldn't work. Every chair, everything from the bed to the bathroom feels like a design vision was achieved. Yes, every hotel has that little coffee machine. Usually I don't use it because those sacks of grounds make disgusting coffee. This place has a little jar of local coffeehouse grounds which made a nice real cup of coffee. Such a cute property! It was like a "motel" but much nicer. They took the bones of an old roadside motel and updated it to a beautiful, well designed, trendy little spot. Everything thing I touched, ate, drank, slept on was great quality. I can't wait to come back here next time I'm in town! My only complaint would be the lack of natural light in the room--maybe if they frosted the bottom half of the window glass, you could roll up the shades to let a little light in (without sacrificing privacy). read more

Wanted to really enjoy this hotel, and but he end of the stay we were happy. A few issues in the beginning , but over all a very clean hotel and boutique style. Mini fridge and clean but small pool area. Very centrally located although not on Main St it's close enough. Lots of text message communication regarding check in and cleaning. We checked in, and the person behind the desk seemed very uninterested in us being there. He just referred us to a text we received and no direction in room location. It did take us a while to locate the room as it was on the backside of property. When we arrived to room the door was open and so no need for the key code. Definitely started our visit in the wrong foot. If not for the check in and this particular person probably a 4-5 star review. We stayed a few months ago while driving thru to Spokane. We had the BEST time. We brought our dog and there was a huuuuge bed waiting for her when she got there after a long day of travel, as well as food and water bowls and treats. Front desk champagne was such a sweet touch, and the attached cafe was to die for. This place would make the perfect Bach getaway location. Not sure why some of the reviewers are saying this is a pricey motel. Maybe it was just the time of year I visited (early September), but the price of the RSVP was actually lower than most of the other places to stay in Bozeman. We had a fantastic stay here. The staff were all very nice and it was super easy to request any service for the rooms. They send you a text from a number that you can respond to if you need anything. The rooms were immaculate when we arrived and they even offer free champagne to guests! I already mentioned it, but every staff member we talked to during our stay was very kind and helpful. The RSVP is also pretty good location wise. A lot of restaurants and bars are about a 20-30 minute walk from the hotel. Also worth mentioning that there is a small café on the property with great choices for breakfast and coffee. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a hotel in Bozeman. read more

Leaking roof into room and possible mold. I stayed at RSVP Motel in Bozeman and have reasons to believe that they may have a mold problem in the ventilation and crawlspace above the celing.The bathroom celing had a drip and I thought that it was just condensation form taking a shower. The room had a wet musty smell and I just thought that it was from a closed room in the winter and the hot shower was causing that. As the drip got larger on my last day I removed the celing vent cover and smelly dirty water came pouring down on me. I do have video of this.The roof obviously had a serious leak and was leaking into the crawl space and dripping down through the electric celing fan. I expressed my concersn to the owner, Hillary Folkvord and she said there was no mold. I asked if she was qulaified to make tht statement and she said she would get it inspected. I asked for photos of the inspection and a copy of the report. She said that it was inspected and there was no mold but she would not send us photos of the wet crawl space and refused to send a copy of the mold report. I suspepct that there may be mold and the owner Hillary Folkvord is being very uncoopertive about confirming her statement. She has done nothing to assure us that there is not a mold issue. If there is mold in the motel crawl spce it is a serious health issue and my lungs do feel like I have been breathing mold for a week. My wife and son were there and all witnessed the leak and the musty smell in adition to myself. I regret that we did not figure it out until the last day when I removed the vent cover of the electric celing fan and it was full of water from the leak. Even if there is no mold they did rent a room to us that had a serious leak. It would seem like any motel or hotel owner in the hospitality business would express concern and make sure that there was resolution and that customer was assured that there is not mold problem. This did not happen with Hillary and really seemed to acuse us of not informing the staff and she never expressed any concern with the issue at all , nor did she offer any form of aplogy. Quite the opposite. The owner of RSVP Motel Hillary Folkvord did not deny that there is a leak into the crawlspace that drips down into the room through the electric celing fan. She denies that there is any mold however she refuses to verify tha in any way and will not send photos of the crawlspace above the fan or send a copy of the report with verification that there is no mold. Hillary will not even send any form of confirmation that a professional inspection was conduted. She will not provide any information on whom exactly conducted the inspection either. Hillary also refuses to refund any portion of the mony that we paid to rent a clean dry room stating that it did not merrit any form of partial or total refund. It is not ethical nor professional to charge people money and rent people a motel room with a leaking celing that drips intothe room and may have associated mold issues. We feel that the owner is obligated to issue a comple or partial refund with proof that there is no mold when a leak like this is discovered. The owner of RSVP Motel Hillary Folkvord will not do so. The wet dripping celing along with Hillary's refusal to provide any information whatsoever on the "professional inspection" and refusal to refund any portion of the cost of the room is extremely concering. I do have extensive video and photographs of the leak and dammaged area of the celing. I would be very careful about renting a room an a hotel that defenitly has a roof leak and the possibilty of a mold problem. The owners attitude towwards myself and my family is also very disturbing. read more

Wow. Staying here is a must in Bozeman. First, I was texted when the room was ready with our room code so we never needed a key. There is also free champagne at the desk when you check in, or really any time we stopped by. The on-site cafe offers breakfast in bed each morning, and drip coffee was free to guests staying at the motel. We also received a daily text with updates and asking if we wanted our room clean. We felt very welcome. The room was small but had a lot to offer. We had a comfy queen-size bed, couch, dresser, tv, record player, fridge and a huge bathroom. There were also two robes and loads of towels. Husband loved the robe so much I had to order him his own. The price was right for off season and parking was free. Walking distance to lots of breweries, restaurants and downtown. read more

Adorable pool area and fire pit Cons: Carpets are old stained/dirty and in need of immediate replacement. Noisy (no insulation) Pool is not heated and is freezing Hot tub is colder than pool (in disrepair). No microwave or ice/refreshment machine Dark, small rooms Famers Daughter restaurant looks adorable, but it was not open during our entire stay (limited hours). First of all- I refuse to stay in motels on principal. My friend booked this and when I found out it was a motel I was HORRIFIED. I could not have been more wrong!!! This is the CUTEST pink/champagne themed motel, with complimentary glasses of champagne at check in, a lovely bonfire area outside, and the MOST adorable cafe and gift shop next door. The decorations were so so cute and the rooms were very, very clean. As two women in their 20s traveling alone(and in Montana for the first time) we felt super safe- something I was worried about in general but specifically at a motel. I booked this hotel based on the photos and ratings I seen online and it didn't disappoint. The general aesthetic of the place is so cute. And the cafe they have in the lobby is delicious! My only complaint is it's proximity to Main Street. It's close but I definitely thought it was going to be walkable. I also want to add in that Alison who works in the cafe is a wonderful human. I popped in my first morning to grab a breakfast sandwich and while I waited she struck up a conversation with me that end with her writing me a whole list of things to do in the area. Super chic hotel. Was traveling through the area and stayed a night here, it was relatively clean and has a unique style you don't come across often. My only inquiry is the mirrors in the bathroom are very sketchy, appears that it could be a double sided mirror since there's an extended mirror on top of the mirror already there. When checked both mirrors to see if it was double sided, the added mirror did give off warning signs (see tips on internet about double sided mirrors) so we covered with towel which I recommend doing since there's a full body mirror on the sliding door to bathroom and a big enough mirror behind this add on mirror that seems to only provide "better" lighting. Wish I could give a higher rating but the safety of my privacy is important. read more

If you're looking for a fun, not too expensive stay in Bozeman check out Rsvp immediately. They took a gross motel and converted it into a millenial's dream (I'm not one, but I still loved it). Rose gold galore, silk bathrobes, huge throw pillows, vanity mirror, trendy paint colors, and comfy beds. Pros Huge mirror on the back of the bathroom door for those of us who can't see with our glasses off. Champagne at check in. Farmer's Daughter café on premises serving amazing breakfast and lunch. Super friendly staff. Cons Bathroom products are very smelly. Would love something less perfumey and more clean smelling. Diffuser by bed had to be moved as it was overpowering my sleep. Didn't see any mugs for the coffee in room-but you do get free coffee from Farmer's Daughter, so this wasn't an issue. read more

We had the best time at RSVP Motel!! I went on a girls getaway for 3 days and booked the Queen suite which sleeps five. It was spacious, clean, and had a Palm Springs vibe. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and swimming pool. We dined at The Farmers Daughter for the most delicious breakfast. Their hospitality can be compared to a five star hotel. There is a stunning giant mural painted on the side a wall that draws you take a group photo. We look forward in staying here again. This hotel is clean and comfortable. It is nice that you don't have to worry about check in as they'll text you a number lock code for your room. They do give you a complimentary glass of champagne at check in if you go to the lobby, which is a nice touch. I did have to call to get my codes texted, as the email said I was already checked in but never received anyway to get in. The lobby closing hours differed on the texts they sent from the email they sent, around the same time. The room is nice, has higher end products, and is clean with comfortable beds. The only downsides- the parking lot is atrocious. There are not enough spaces and they are small. Seeing as you don't check in with anyone- they don't have car information and several people park sideways in two spaces. They are dog friendly, a HUGE plus for someone that travels with a dog all the time, but people leave multiple large dogs in their rooms howling early in the morning to go sit and have breakfast, and there are nothing but large rocks to walk them in near the hotel. read more
