This property is exceptionally quiet which surprised me with its close proximity to the interstate and a previous review.

I have never stayed at a Quality Inn before in my life and I didn't know what to expect. I was…read moresolely going off of the positive reviews on Yelp, Google and the affordable pricing for this booking. And I wasn't disappointed! Initially walking in and seeing all the taxidermy was a bit alarming considering I'm a vegan, but looking passed that and opting out of eating breakfast the following morning saved me. Service was okay; the chick at the front desk has trouble with understanding spoken words and I had to repeat myself six times to her, but luckily her coworker was nearby to help her out. The room was spacious with two beds, a mini fridge, a huge television, and icy cold air. I got two beds since a friend (ex friend now) was supposed to stay with me, but she decided against it. I guess she wanted to stay in another cramped hostel, oh well more comfort for me. The beds slept very comfortable and the pillows were soft. The television was the star of the show and I kept it on all night to avoid what happened to me last time. I'm glad I did that because I discovered a new movie, X. I got to watch Lord of the Rings too and another movie that is a psychological thriller (I can't remember the name of it). The bathroom was very clean, but small tub. I didn't care because the water was hot and felt good on my skin after that extreme hike I did to Delta Lake in Grand Tetons. I don't know how safe the area is usually, but this one night stay; I felt safe and the rental car wasn't broken into or stolen. Oh and this hotel is less than 10 minutes away from the airport. I wasn't late with returning the rental car and still got to TSA checkpoint on time. This is a real steal!!

Which would have been when we spoke to the night person. Only reason this place was given any stars was location to Bozeman airport and it being decently clean.

We stayed at this location for a few nights. The check-in was good. Hotel staff was helpful with…read morearea location for restaurants and direction to other locations in the area. NO elevator and 3 floors. The location has a pool and a hot tub. Both could use a little update. They have a snack area that you can pay to get some snacks. The hotel is not far from the airport. Hotel off main highway. Breakfast was biscuits/gravy and eggs both mornings that are handed to you by the hotel staff. The side door to the stairwell was not locked on more than on occasion. Also seemed strange to walk down the hotel corridor and have everyone's towels and garbage set out in front of the room. We asked about that and were told that since Covid, they don't do any services, but we could request more towels, and if garbage is too much inside, we set it outside of the room. Just seemed odd, not having a bin for garbage for guests, but I guess that is the way they do things. Didn't seem sanitary. Overall , the stay was good, kind staff and beds were fine.

We were excited to stay here due to the sauna that they advertised on their website. Turns out…read morethere was, in fact, no sauna. Their gym was just a small closet with a treadmill, elliptical, and broken water fountain. The amenities were not 24/7 like the website advertised. The hotel felt grimy, and that's from someone who had spent the previous week camping in the woods. Not worth your money - stay elsewhere

The walls are super thin and you can hear people walking around constantly! Plus the doors are super heavy so they slam shut. Would not recommend this place if you want peace and quiet!

Brand new building. Clean, AC. But absolutely nothing in the kitchen - not a spoon, cup, bowl,…read moreplate. Not a coffee maker. Not a kitchen towel, dish soap. Nada. A phone call to the desk resulted in "Come down and get it." Sure enough, we were given a big plastic tote with a coffee maker, plates, drinking glasses, a plastic dishrack, cereal bowls and a colander. No coffee cups. No soap. No kitchen towel. And "sorry we don't have any cream and sugar." Period. Not "we're out" but "our shift doesn't have the key to that cupboard." Period. No effort to call a manager or otherwise provide. The ads say "A kitchen stocked with kitchen things" and "Fully equipped hotel kitchens" but the front desk person said these items are "only available by request." THIS IS NOT STATED ANYWHERE ON THE EXTENDED STAY AMERICA WEBSITES. And still no coffee cups. AND WE HAD TO HAUL THE TOTE UP OURSELVES. I've never, ever stayed in an extended stay hotel that was so cheap and so NOT what it advertises itself to be. It's like advertising that the room has a shower but not providing towels. We are paying for amenities that are being withheld. DO NOT STAY HERE.
