The SpringsHills Suites is located in Bozeman Montana. The city of Bozeman is a great place. I've stayed at this hotel 8 times in the last 3 years. This location is close to the highway only a few miles from the downtown area. You're away from the crowd but close enough if you need anything. The decor and ambiance is what you would expect, outdoorsy, wooden, chic, with a medium high end vibe. The rooms are nice with a small fridge, coffee bar area, a desk that I have used and needed many mornings and nights. The hotel staff is superb. The gym is better than most. Pool and Jacuzzi is always a nice touch. The free breakfast and coffee is always a good touch. I'll be back when I come back for work and for a vacation with my family. read more

The star rating should be a 4.5! I stayed here for two nights and had a fantastic experience. I arrived earlier than expected, and was pleasantly surprised that a room was available right away. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially mike, he even recommended a great local spot for lunch. The lobby was inviting and thoughtfully stocked with complementary coffee and water. My room was spacious,clean, and comfortable, with a very cozy bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. I also used the gym twice during my stay, and it exceeded my expectations. It was clean, stocked with towels and water, and featured excellent equipment, a brand new peloton bike. There was also a nice indoor pool. The complementary breakfast each morning was fresh, satisfying and a great way to start the day. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything . I rented a car, I was a bit disappointed that guests are charged for parking. I do hope the hotel will consider waiving parking fees in the future. After I returned home, I noticed a charge on my bill from the hotel restaurant, a charge i hadn't made. I called the hotel, and they assured me they would look into it. Just two days later, i received a call from Ryan Bates, the assistant general manager, who personally apologized for the inconvenience and promptly issued a refund. That level of customer service truly stands out and ledt a lasting impression. All in all, this was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our king room was large with a separate area with a sofa and desk. Very large bathroom with plenty of counter space. Plenty of room to spread out. Breakfast buffet was good but it was crowded which made it hard to find things. Tables were piled with dirty dishes so hard to find a place to sit. Stressful way to start the day. What a great stay! We had a work event. Kelly, with the sales team, was amazing - very responsive and accommodating for our work event. The front desk staff (Kennedy and Ryan) were a delight and so helpful to our group. (I personally kept locking my key in my room and in their busy days, they cheerfully replaced it). In Bozeman on business. I had never stayed at a Springfield suites before because I've seen mixed reviews across the country and I'm a hotel snob. I saw the positive comments and decided to give it a try. I don't know if this location is an exception, but wow, what a pleasant surprise. Meticulously clean room which is actually a mini suite with a bedroom area and closet, a big desk if you need to get some work done, and a sitting area. Large tv with premium channels. Nook with a refrigerator, coffee station, and microwave included. Huge bathroom. And check out the view from my room. 24 hour coffee/tea station in the lobby. Very friendly and gracious staff. The only thing keeping me from giving it five stars is there's no room service and of course I knew that going in but still. I'm a princess. I like my room service. Thank you Uber eats. read more

Checked in late on 6/30/24 and did not have HOT water the next morning for a shower! Apparently the problem was known at the time we checked in and was being worked on hoping the problem would be resolved the morning of 7/1/24. The hotel was full. We should have been told about the issue and we could have chosen to go elsewhere. So we left w/o a shower. Not nice. We were offered a room to shower in, but refused since we were leaving. Perhaps our room charge will be reversed. The folks in charge were very nice and helpful. The breakfast area was overwhelmed and could not restock the food fast enough, however the breakfast offered was good. Hope they get the hot water problem resolved soon. Check in agent Austin is the opposite of helpful and refused to check me in to a company booking over a name discrepancy despite it being a corporate booking and me being able to rattle off the names of everyone we had staying there. Had to sit in the lobby for almost an hour to sort that out. Next, a water pipe broke in the hotel meaning no showers, toilet, etc. Waited for hours for updates before we finally bailed and just moved to the courtyard next door. Avoid. read more

I love this hotel, stayed here at least 50 times over the years. However, I showed up tonight and there is a little laminated sign that is asking for a tip with a QR code. The rooms here are $350 a night with $20 parking fee and a city tax. They are seriously going to ask for a tip after spending $400 for one night. That seems absolutely insane to me. Pay your staff better. You guys are making a killing off of everyone all summer long. read more

Professional courteous staff. Clean rooms with contemporary decor. Very interesting and unusual decor in the hotel common areas with artistic use of wood that have it a contemporary mountain lodge sort of feel with natural colors, textures and layout. Very warm and inviting. A unique feel. It was unfortunate that we arrived late in the evening snd were there only briefly during our cross country trip (Virginia to Washington) as this would have been a great place to "take a load off" and relax more. After staying at a few hotels in Bozeman, I feel like I got to see it all. Check in here was a breeze and very welcoming. My room was huge and nicely decorated in a lovely Montana decor. My room temp was totally off. You could set the temp down to 60, but my room never got below 68/9. I called the front desk for help and they came up with instructions, but were able to fix anything. It was a bit too hot for me. The bed and the sheets were super comfortable and high-end. The location is in the middle of nowhere (walking distance). The closet building to you is the Goodwill. You are about a 10 minute drive to downtown Bozeman or a 5 minute drive to some ok chain restaurants that are a bit closer to the hotel. Parking is ample and free. Breakfast here is delicious and they offer a good selection of high-quality buffet options. I loved the fruit, it was super fresh! There is a bar here, and they have some drinks but very little food. Think popcorn and other odd selections; you aren't going to get a dinner here. They pool is nice but small if a family or two is already occupying the space. I kind of felt like I was intruding on their pool time. The pool is also indoors and the air temp was a bit warm. I wish it was an outdoor pool! The front entrance really needs better signage. When you first get here, you have no idea where to enter. I feel like this is an easy fix. This is an expensive hotel for the not-so-great location, and I would suggest trying a Marriott hotel in downtown Bozeman. read more

The pool is cold and the bartender Jacob is un pleasant to say the least. For the price it's a joke

Unfortunately the bartender alone made the experience awful. Jacob was beyond rude, showed up around 9:30pm understanding the bar closed at 10 PM. Oh, and trust me, he made us very aware and close at 10pm. We thought we would stop by for a quick beverage when asking if he had anything other than beer or wine, he said in an extremely rude tone there is somewhere with liquor three minute walk from here. I said no worries however my significant, being deaf asked you don't have XYZ alcohol and he said again in an extremely rude tone. There is a place three minutes down the road. That attitude was unnecessary. I understand he wanted to get out of here early and the front desk guy told us that he (Jacob) wants to get out early and he's actually never there by the time he gets there because he was obviously trying to rush us out of the building, but we didn't pay four dollars a night for, someone to be rude to us when asking a simple question and honestly it opens at five so you work 5 to 1030 which there is a lot longer shifts out be grateful you have a job Jacob. Honestly appalled on how rude he was. But then again, let's be real not serving alcohol. He's not really a bartender. Probably couldn't make a mixed drink of his life, dependent on it. Will never stay here again and will tell all of our friends. Because he discriminated towards someone with a disability, Jacob deserved to be fired. read more

The room was great, spacious, comfortable. Brand new furnishings, great TV with streaming options that it is easy to setup. The A/C unit was a bit noisy and too close from the bed which was a bit uncomfortable. The bed is very comfortable and I really liked the toiletries that were provided, excellent quality. No breakfast available, hotel is "saving money" by not doing breakfast but still charging the same rate. Unfortunately this was a big problem as we had to go out to eat breakfast and spend $50. Hotel needs to move out of this stupid policy ASAP. read more

We stay here every time we are in Bozeman. We have a family of 5 so the double queen rooms are perfect. They have 2 beds plus a comfortable pull out sleeper sofa. The decor is simple and classic and the room is very spacious. We love the complimentary breakfast, the staff is friendly and helpful and the ambiance is hip but comfortable. Very clean, organized and has the best staff of any hotel I've stayed at and I travel a lot and have stayed at the Ritz and Four Seasons all over the world. This hotel is so lovely, I did not want to leave. Upon entering the hotel, the beautifully designed and decorated lobby awaits you. Geez. I'm only two sentences in and this review already sounds like an erotic novel. I was so awe stuck by the decor that I was not sure where to look first or next or last. I was not expecting such eye candy from this caliber of hotel so needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Check-in was quick. Reception was friendly and full of information. My room was on the second floor and the window faced I-90. I was worried about the road noise but it was OK at night and a bit more noticeable in the morning. I used a white noise maker because I am the most sensitive sleeper on Earth but I believe most people who not be bothered by the noise. Earplugs will do the trick if needed. My room was huge! There was a couch, coffee table, desk, large telly, and king-sized bed. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was off the bed area and accessible via a sliding barn door which I thought was a nice touch. The bathroom only had a shower (no tub), so you may want to enquire about this if you are traveling with small children and need a bathtub). The shower had a low "leg shaving" shelf which is worth 1 of my 5 stars of this review. The bar serves wine and beer only. There appeared to be a good variety of red wine but when I enquired further, almost half of the wines were Cabernets so that was a bit disappointing. I opted for a glass of pinot noir which rang in at $11 - a bit higher priced than what I was expecting but it was a healthy pour and it put me to sleep which was the intended goal. I observed a large selection of beers. There is also an outdoor terrace/patio connected to the bar/breakfast area where you can sit if the weather is nice (or not nice if you are into that type of thing). The fitness center was large, overlooked the pool, and contained a good mix of equipment, including, but not limited to: * 3 treadmills with individual TVs * 2 elliptical * 1 bike * medicine balls * free weights * yoga mat * weight machine * bench Breakfast slightly missed the mark for me. It is a buffet style and contained continental breakfast items (yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, breads) as well as a small assortment of hot items (scrambled eggs, turkey sausage patties, biscuits and gravy). I felt the selection was rather small but overall, it was fine. Not great. Not terrible. Just OK. Will definitely stay here again. Although room rate daily change varied from $10-$29 during my stay it was affordable. Housekeeping did an outstanding job! I travel a lot and this rom was always clean when we return mid-day. We had to stay here for an extended stay after a house fire. We requested a Marriott hotel since we are Titanium level and it was new. For a almost two week stay they won't clean the room even once! That was not clearly explained. We us to change our sheets and clean the bathroom and take out trash. We were not even given enough soap. The manager Ted was incredible rude and unhelpful. You would expect at our level and considering we are local and just went through a traumatic event they would at least try to be nice. The exact opposite. We were not even offered the opportunity to change to a clean room. This hotel does not represent Bozeman and the generally nice people that live here. Also this is a reminder that this is really not a Marriott property. read more

This was our second stay here. It's a clean, modern facility. The rooms are a good size, the staff is great, nice bar in the evening, above average breakfast in the morning. The parking is easy. I like it all, but... the shower heads are ultra low flow - the rain setting is more like a mist. Replace those shower heads and it would be perfection! read more

A tremendous value. The rooms are modern, well-equipped with nice furniture, and plenty spacious. The décor of the hotel in general is well done and the property is spotless. The breakfast is adequate and the all-day coffee station is a plus. The only downsides would be the 5-7 minute drive to Main St and the fact that the parking lot wasn't shoveled (at all) during our stay which let to some treacherous driving conditions when parking/leaving. read more

Not too shabby for a Marriott, but it rates just what I was expecting. A little nicer interior than a typical Marriott - not the standard layout, the showers are huge and beautiful. We spent the afternoon out on the patio the night in the bar and the evening in the Jacuzzi. It was perfect. The only thing that we were disappointed about was it was advertised that there was a rooftop bar, but there really wasn't. Conveniently located near that highway also. read more
