Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. It took approximately 3 hours just to assemble the cage, and the job was still not completed. At that point, I was told that the work could not be finished because the installer did not have a ladder tall enough to complete the installation. I was told that he would return with a taller ladder to finish the job. However, he never came back. When I followed up, I was told that he could not get the appropriate ladder and that if he did obtain one, I would be charged an additional fee for the ladder. At this point, I have paid for a service that was not completed, and I am left with an unfinished installation. Had I known beforehand that the installer did not have the necessary equipment to complete the job, I would have hired someone else. I am leaving this review to warn potential customers to clarify the total expected cost, estimated completion time, and whether the installer has all of the necessary equipment before hiring this company. Be ready to purchase their monthly service plan - otherwise, you will be left in the cold. Juan always has an excuse why he does not call you back. One of my cameras lost color over a year ago and it still has not been fixed. He came out to troubleshoot it, but still no color. I was told me that they could try one other thing, but they couldn't really figure out what the problem is. I would have to pay for this solution because it involved new wires or something, but there was no guarantee that it would work. It seems a bit unfair that I am expected to pay for "experimentation", when they should know how to repair it and to restore the camera to the condition that it was in when they first installed it (with color). Like I said, be sure to purchase the service plan, so that they will be forced to fix your equipment for free if something goes wrong (and it will). I learned the hard way.

Time went by and figured he would cancel but he called later and said if I was okay with it he would come late after 7. I called him a few times and he always answered his phone.
