I cant even watch live tv on it, just the on demand part and even that freezes a lot. They did reply promptly to my first text, after I replied and sent pictures of the TV enclosure I needed mounted they never replied. I then texted asking to please let me know if the job is something they could do. They never replied. What a wonderful experience! Previous to using Xpress TV mounting I had a different company mount a TV with unsightly visible wires hanging down the wall... Ben quickly concealed the existing wires behind the wall and created a new outlet behind the tv for the power cord. He then helped adjust my mounted television so that it was level. i requested to have our brand new tv to be mounted over the fireplace with a swivel tv mount and was told it would cost $230 and that the swivel tv mount would be included. we scheduled the appointment and ben should up late. he still wanted to do the job but we decided to reschedule. when he arrived he acted like he didn't recall that we wanted the tv to be mounted over the fireplace and told me it would cost almost double but then stated $300. what he stated would take 30 minutes took 1 1/2 hours. it looked good when he finished but we discovered he installed a regular tv mount instead of the swivel tv mount that we originally requested. the next day we noticed that the tv screen started blinking. we didn't know what the issue was. i figured there was an issue with the installation and my roommate thought it might be the cable box. we contacted ben and he requested a video then stated it might be the cable box. we returned the cable box to the cable store and got another. the tv screen was still blinking and then the hdmi message appeared (photo attached). we texted him the photo and he didn't reply for over 24 hours. then finally replied with an excuse. he finally switched out the flimsy hdmi cord that he provided and replaced it with a thicker hdmi cord. i requested a discount for our inconvenience and he flat out stated that he wasn't giving us a discount...even after i told him the issue existed for almost 2 weeks! he's very unprofessional and doesn't care about his customers! this is my first and last time using his services!!!!! ...even 1 star is too much! read more
