Today, just over 90 days later, a part on the drum disintegrated during a wash load. I called Ali and asked him to come back today. Two other employees came and told me 1) the part was irreplaceable and 2) the work is out of warranty and 3) buy a new washer. My response: Ali should have seen this part was disintegrated and advised me to not spend any more on this appliance! Based on this, I am giving the lowest review I think I ever have.

We bought them in November of 2025. Luis came out and installed the washer and dryer and took the old washer and dryer. We had a 2 month warranty. Everything was doing well until we moved out of the townhouse. The movers removed the washer and dryer from where it was located and the mess all on the wall and floor area was awful! The lint wasn't blowing outside through the trap but building up on the walls, hose that led outside and the floor. I took pictures of the area because I knew the property management will be charging me to clean up the area. I called Ferrer's Appliances and spoke to Luis and explained the situation. He told me there was nothing they could do and they were not going to pay for the charge I received based on their installation. I've attached a picture of the area! I'd highly recommend not using Ferrer's Appliances. We could have had a major fire because of the installation! I will be sending this to the Better Business Bureau as well! I hate that I even have to give them 1 star to post this review!!

Hi Yelpers! Okay, I'm going to be very honest. Before the project of the air conditioner started,…read moreI would have rated my review at 3 stars. Fix/repair or replace? We were going back and forth with quotes and it made me dizzy. I've worked with FUSE with 4 prior projects and was extremely thrilled with the work and prices. So, when we had to replace/fix an air conditioner, it was a no brainer to call FUSE. But, this time around it was not as seamless as prior projects. There was a lack of communication, there was a lot of miscommunication and there were so many people (too many cooks spoil the broth - phone operators, technicians, email & text personal) from FUSE working on my project. It was like the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. It was confusing to say the least. The staff is very caring. That is without doubt. But, I never knew where I stood until we finally decided to get a new air conditioner installed. My tenants were losing their patience with FUSE. There were too many interruptions and unknowns. BUT, IN A NUTSHELL - IF YOU ARE PATIENT, FUSE'S PRICES AND THE FINISHED WORK IS SUPERIOR. Our disgruntled tenants even said, "FUSE really does good work. They're efficient, neat and thorough." As they say, "Patience is a virtue." One must be patient for the payoff as it is well worth it.

Appliance Repair Team absolutely deserves 5 stars!…read more I called them to look at my very old Sub‑Zero 201R that wasn't cooling properly. The technician arrived right on time, was polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. After carefully listening to the unit and checking it over, he explained that the refrigerator was too old and would require refrigerant that is no longer realistically available, so a repair wasn't practical. What really impressed me was his honesty: even though I was fully expecting to pay a $99 service fee just for the visit, he refused to charge me once he realized he couldn't offer a real, worthwhile fix. He also didn't try to push any unnecessary or expensive "band‑aid" repairs or hard‑sell me on replacement options. Instead, he straightforwardly walked me through my situation and options. It's rare to find a company this transparent and ethical. I truly appreciated the integrity, professionalism, and respect for my time and money. I would absolutely call Appliance Repair Team again and highly recommend them to anyone needing appliance service. Five stars without hesitation!
