To top it off, they couldn't provide a timeframe for the service, which added to our frustration. So she was forced to spend money on transportation services. We also noticed they failed to update the sticker showing the due date of our next service Overall, the lack of professionalism and respect was shocking. I would not recommend this shop based on our experience. There are plenty of other places that value their customers and offer better service. Especially with the outrageous price they charged but I'm not sure if the full bottle of fuel system cleaner left in the center console was included in that.
