In the fall of 2025, I contacted Valley Tree Care to look at a recently planted tree that was…read morestruggling and appeared dead. This tree was not planted by Valley Tree Care. Ben Horowitz came to our home as scheduled, examined the tree and gave us his professional opinion. We elected to have this tree removed and a new tree planted. Ben shopped new trees for us and showed us several pictures of potential replacements. We chose the one we liked the best and he scheduled the planting for December 2025. His crew showed up on time and planted our new tree. We were so impressed by Ben's professionalism that we decided to have their companies irrigation specialist, Caleb, come to our home to review our irrigation scheme and make recommendations which included multiple changes to our irrigation scheme and a new remotely controlled irrigation system. These changes have reduced our monthly irrigation expenses by more than 30%. Ben visited our home several times to make sure that the new tree was flourishing. In one of his visits, we asked if he would take a look at our existing trees and provide us with an estimate for tree trimming. He did provide a very reasonable estimate and we contracted with the company for this service. Once again, the crew showed up on time and completed the work as promised. We thank Ben and Caleb for their recommendations and services performed. Without any reservations whatsoever, we would highly recommend Valley Tree Care for any landscape issues you might have. I called Jason of Bros Tree Care (BTC) because I had admired his crew's work on a neighbor's yard awhile back. Jason answered my call in person and came out at the end of the day to assess my situation. I gave him a long list of needed services. I asked him to straighten and re-stake the toppled mesquite, prune and trim three other large trees, remove an agave, cut out dead branches from a yucca, and shape some bushes. He provided a comprehensive estimate and a total price his competitors could not match. He and his crew of three brothers came out on a boiling hot Saturday and began working with exceptional efficiency, safety, and expertise. It was amazing to watch their coordinated efforts, especially when all four of them pounded huge stakes into my rocky soil to re-secure my fallen mesquite. I thanked them all for their super-human work and wondered how they had the energy to go on to their next job. I am writing this review six weeks after the services provided by BTC. My re-staked fallen tree has survived three wind storms and a torrential microburst (60+ mph). Thanks to practical and artistic pruning cuts, my other trees have leafed out and look better than ever. I know I will need additional yard work, so I will be calling Jason again and recommending BTC to friends and neighbors. BTC merits more than five stars for their achievements. Thanks for exceptional service, expertise, and reliability! Greg, Scottsdale, AZ

My two pineapple palm trees were trimmed neatly with all the pods and dead fronds removed, and the cleanup afterwards was excellent as well. Prior to the appointment, Andy the owner answered all my questions by text, email, and phone while arranging my appointment as I was having some trouble with the online booking since I had some out of the ordinary scheduling difficulties on my end and needed to talk things out. Afterwards, Dan did a walk around my property and we discussed what might be done on a return visit and when best to trim what. He knows his stuff and cares about doing right by the trees and wouldn't be one of those choppers and whackers that leaves your trees with mutilated limbs. He has been studying for credentialing through the International Society of Arboriculture so he can learn even more. Good men=good company! Ask about their veterans and cash discounts too since they really help keep the price reasonable and it's thoughtful they are offered.

We read the reviews, and picked Three Trees. Octavio was from the first moment friendly, open, and reasonable. We asked for a quote on Friday night and he showed up Saturday morning, armed with an extremely fair quote, and less than an hour and a half later was finished - and the trees look fantastic! Trimmed beautifully as we requested, and all of the waste cleaned up as if it was never there. He was friendly, got the job done and did it right, and made me feel as if his service was a good investment - which is all you can ask for from a service contractor. Plus, our trimmed trees don't look like scraggly, naked trees - they are still full and aesthetic. We are definitely going to use Three Trees again, and if you want quick, skilled service at a great value, you will too!

I've since tried repeatedly to do exactly that and have been ignored. I contacted Octavio multiple times about a friend's storm-damaged mesquite. No response. Now my own tree needs additional work, so I contacted him again about the tree he previously serviced. He read the message and, again, no response. He even ignored my neighbor's requests for service. Just no response. I understand being busy or not wanting a job. A simple "Sorry, I'm not available" takes a few seconds. Repeatedly reading messages from previous customers and simply ignoring them is unprofessional. His original work was good, but that doesn't matter much if you can't get him to respond when you need tree service. I won't be contacting Three Tree Services again.
