I only had to replace one side of my yard due to (was not sure who the previous owners had used/no signage on fence) rotting wood and damage. Octavio, my sales rep, came when he was scheduled for and was accommodating of my work schedule. He measured out my fence and gave me a quote within 15 minutes, on the spot. I liked this a lot because other companies dragged. One slight complaint is that the second day (first day was only tear down of old fence) it was raining in the morning and then had stopped by 10 am; I had been told the crew would come between 10-11 am. At 11:30 I called to see if they would be arriving and received an apology that no one called me but they wouldn't be coming that day due to the rain. My husband ended up calling a little later because the crew left wood pieces in my neighbor's yard which was an issue and since the rain had stopped earlier in the morning, could they just finish that day since it was slated to rain more the rest of the week. The positive of this was that they accommodated right away and sent a crew to complete the job and our fence came out great! The job took 2 days for 160 feet of land one side. Due to the pricing and turnaround time, I would use Golden Fence again if the remainder of my wood fence ever needs replacing.

I had some concerns on how the fencing on my dgo run was installed, having drilled through the retaining wall stones for the posts. 3 years later, they have failed, and Eric has yet to follow through in reviewing the problem for repair. Additionally, I uncovered that there was shotty work in the installation of the fencing around the solar. The posts were supposed to be installed in concrete. Instead, the installers just installed them in dirt, and poured a 1-2" "Cap" that resembled a hole that was dug and filled properly with concrete. To this point I am very disappointed in the installations, as Eric has not followed through in providing a resolution for the issues.

I hired them to cut back two of my neighbor's trees, which in itself can be a touchy matter. Yes, I do have every right to cut to the property line without killing the tree, but these guys don't have to listen to her the day after...and the day after that... While I was occupied with instructions on cutting back a 50ft horse chestnut tree, they severely pruned a magnolia tree by hand on the other side of the property without my knowledge. Yes, this was part of the work order, but had I been privy to the timing they wouldn't have overshot the property line by 3 feet (!) Moreover, they badly stripped the bark on each cut which made *clean up* cuts impossible. Anyone who knows how to prune limbs should know the two-cut method, especially with a pole saw. Geesh. To make matters worse, the foreman (Dennis' brother) complained incessantly to me about the weather and getting to the next job. He aimed a chainsaw at my face (only HALF jokingly) when I complained about the magnolia tree. He knew I was right but couldn't bring himself to admit it. Now that's service ! My advice is if you aren't really concerned about maintenance beyond grunt work, these guys are fine. If you're looking for anyone slightly resembling an arborist, look elsewhere.
