If that business does not have the expertise to do this work, he should have been honest enough to refer me to a more knowledgeable professional. I was charged $175 for 4 spark plugs. Their labor costs are extremely high. Get a full written detailed estimate BEFORE you let them work on your car and make them stick to it.
