Wanting to make sure this new (used) car was safe I opted for both inspections. Within a couple hours I was sent a detailed list of things from their courtesy inspection that needed repair along with photos. And soon after received a phone call with the details and he was happy to help with any questions I had. My reasoning for a missing star was I asked for the details on the $159 inspection and was told everything looked great, but that could have been because the seller wiped it clean (?!). I'm just your typical women who knows nothing about cars and had no idea this was possible. I felt taken advantage of for not being told about this before I agreed to pay $159. On top of that, there was some kind of $12 fee I was not told about that brought my total to $172 after taxes. I really appreciate their kind customer service and their nice clean waiting room but I would still recommend anyone who has no clue about cars to ask around before spending money here.

They did everything from making sure a car I'd had stored for several months was safe to drive to its new home four hours away, to fixing our tires, sensors, and control arms at no cost after a third party they used botched the service, to taking a look at damage from road debris on a car they don't typically service, and everything in between. We always felt like they did good work and made things right if there was ever an issue. Kiri in particular does a great job running the place and always made us feel taken care of. And they charged $100-$150 charge just to drive in the door. So I found Mike's Mobile Service on Yelp. I called. He was patient, didn't act rushed, answered all questions, was polite and friendly, and said "let me earn your business." So I thought hell let me give this guy a shot. They fixed the car, didn't charge me $150 just to get in the door, and ran a free diagnostic the dealerships charges for. They even went out of their way to squeeze my car into their busy schedule. While I realize that's not always possible, I really appreciated it. My total was $250--half of Ford dealership's cost (I checked.). Several days later the car is running great. MIKE called my wife to make sure everything is OK. He even told her the story about their shop Kitty, Nitro. A baby kitten stuck in a transmission they found then bottle-fed back to health. A cute little cat running around the shop who was just a bundle of joy--animal lovers always go to the top of my list. People that have a heart for animals and their customers, in my opinion, are going to make sure to do good work on a vehicle!

Good help is hard to find and this shop provides it, with great customer service. He picked me up from my house (less than 5 miles away) and took me back to the shop to get my truck!!!! I am very pleased to have found such a friendly and honest shop. He got my vehicle in to get looked at the same day I dropped it off, which by the way was the the same day (@ his shop less than half a day) he had it ready to come back to me. He didn't try to sell me anything extra and he was willing to talk future performance upgrades that I asked about, and even future services that will extend the life of my motor and transmission. Mike went out of his way to help me get back up and running quickly. Thank you for the wonderful service, I will be back for sure! Would recommend to my friends and family 10 out of 10.
