When I questioned the price they told me that the parts I looked up (OEM parts) were "do it yourself parts". I told them I would never be back. It turned out my problem was a ground wire which cost me nothing to fix. Parts are parts. They tried to con because I a woman and elderly. But I'm not stupid. They might be ok for an oil change, but I wouldn't trust them for anything major- price gouging is one of their specialties.

Wanting to make sure this new (used) car was safe I opted for both inspections. Within a couple hours I was sent a detailed list of things from their courtesy inspection that needed repair along with photos. And soon after received a phone call with the details and he was happy to help with any questions I had. My reasoning for a missing star was I asked for the details on the $159 inspection and was told everything looked great, but that could have been because the seller wiped it clean (?!). I'm just your typical women who knows nothing about cars and had no idea this was possible. I felt taken advantage of for not being told about this before I agreed to pay $159. On top of that, there was some kind of $12 fee I was not told about that brought my total to $172 after taxes. I really appreciate their kind customer service and their nice clean waiting room but I would still recommend anyone who has no clue about cars to ask around before spending money here.

It's been a couple of years since I had that car and I now know that those are very clear signs of a bad transmission. Something these people would definitely have known, but instead decided to hide behind not being able to read what was wrong with the car because the battery didn't have any history on it. After spending nearly $2,000, the issue came up again a week later. I took it back in and they supposedly cleared some codes out of the system and sent me on my way. Fast forward to now and my truck has a bigger issue that stemmed from the reduced engine power issue not being properly fixed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY MAJOR SERVICE. Let's this be a warning.

She said she knew nothing about it. I declined to purchase a battery from them. I left there and went directly to Auto Zone and they tested my battery, it tested 100%. I called and was told that is what the paper said I needed a new battery.
