He even tried to upcharge me for the 4th mover but luckily I saved the quote that Alex gave me. Well it took 11.5 hours (not including their lunch break) with 4 movers and they still didn't move everything. We just had to stop the time because it was getting so late. 3 of the guys were nice and they did most of the work, but Eric was a bit pushy and was always on his phone or going on a break. They took too many breaks (lasting 15-20 min each) and their lunch break was 2 hours. So they were off to a slow start in the morning. I really did not like that Eric tried to convince me to go to Home Depot to buy more moving boxes because they didn't have enough. As a moving company, you should have enough boxes. They were careful with my stuff, wrapping everything very carefully, but they were slow. They didn't clean anything up after they were done, left their cans, bottles, runner paper throughout the house. All in all, they were okay. Just really slow. This job should not have taken 11.5 hours

Nicole and her husband are amazing and seem to really care about the company taking care of their customers. I scheduled a move fairly close to my move date and they were able to come out same day for a quote. The quote was very competitive and came with a large trailer. The day before the move she called to let me know something was preventing the trailer from getting to us but that they'd provide two trucks (more room) no charge instead. The crew was very friendly and efficient. They wrapped our items well as promised, packed the truck thoughtfully, and worked hard. They showed up on time and delivered on time. This move was incredibly stressful for my family for a number of reasons, but Tetris made it 10x easier and I'm so grateful for that! Thank you!!

All it took was a quick message through Yelp and they replied quickly with an estimate and more questions about my inquiry. On the day of the actual move, they were punctual and loaded my stuff in what seemed like no time. Once I came down, everything had been delivered safely and was in great condition. My housemate who received my stuff said they unpacked my stuff neatly and without much obstruction at all! Blaming everyone but themselves and the "window period", even though I planned months in advance and asked for the longest time we could anticipate the shipment taking to ensure it arrived on time. Website to share quotes / updated quotes was impossible to go back and reference, when it would be better to simply share PDFs in an email to be able to search through correspondence; instead you have to click a button to a link that's almost always expired. Do NOT hire for car moves since LDM farms this out to other companies (who also use different local distributors) and it makes it incredibly difficult to figure out the truth of when something will be picked up or delivered. Do NOT schedule a move on the weekend or else you'll not be able to get a hold of a living soul to tell you what's going on.
