I would STRONGLY advise couples to think twice before booking this company for their wedding. My…read morebrother and his fiancée booked multiple limousines for their wedding day, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. On the morning of the wedding, a party bus showed up at our house that they had never booked. When my brother, the groom, went outside to ask what was going on, the driver responded with something along the lines of, "What, you don't want a free upgrade?" This was not an upgrade they wanted or requested. His fiancée specifically did not want a party bus, and this created unnecessary stress on what should have been one of the happiest days of their lives. To make matters worse, my brother asked the driver how we were supposed to get to the church in Queens, considering buses are not permitted on the Belt Parkway. The driver's response was essentially that he didn't know because he hadn't even put the destination into his GPS yet. As a result, we had to rush to leave and take the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway instead, making an already stressful situation even worse. Unfortunately, that was not the only issue. My brother and his fiancée had booked a Bentley for themselves, but a Rolls-Royce showed up instead. Another limousine they had booked arrived damaged. Between the wrong vehicles, the unexpected party bus, and the apparent lack of planning, the entire experience felt incredibly unprofessional. What makes this even more disappointing is how the company handled the situation afterward. My brother and his fiancée reached out to express their concerns and disappointment, but their messages were ignored while the company cashed their check. There was no meaningful communication, accountability, or apparent concern for the experience they had paid for. A wedding day cannot be redone, and couples deserve a company that respects their plans, communicates professionally, and delivers what was promised. Based on our experience, this company fell short in every one of those areas. It genuinely felt as though collecting payment mattered more to them than providing the service their customers had PAID for. I would not recommend this company to anyone planning a wedding. If you are trusting a limousine company with such an important day, please do your research and consider our experience before making your decision.

Kim was a pleasure to speak to. A few days before the trip she called to make sure that everything was good to go. On Friday night our driver John was very early which was great. He helped us with all of our luggage (we had a group of 13). The limo was huge, clean, and decorated with balloons for my birthday. The bar was also stocked. The only minor hiccup that we had was when one of my friends almost got left behind. I spoke to Kim about another stop that we would have to make to pick up my friend in Manhattan and I gave the address and everything but I'm not too sure what happened. Once we let John know that we were missing a person, he pulled over by the Washington Bridge and I was able to call a cab for my friend so that he could meet us at the limo. Besides that, everything was great, ride was fun and the party lights were a nice touch. On Sunday afternoon John was there once more to pick us up and take us back home. Once again he helped with loading all of the big bags into the limo. It was a smaller limo on the way back but we all still fit. We made a stop by Lake Superior for pictures and he was very patient about that too. All and all it was an awesome trip. My friends and I had a great time. Looking forward to working with this company again in the future.
