THE ABSOLUTE WORSE TOUR I HAVE EVER BOOKED IN MY LIFE!! Please be aware of what you are booking when you book with this company ! I booked with this company for a bachelorette event! I spoke to DAN he's the coordinator and we had TWO winery's to go and tour well there as issues with one of them which was fine THE ISSUE WAS we paid for two and the one we went to GAVE NO TOUR, no ONE WALKED US THROUGH, no one was available to even tell us what we were drinking... we had one of our friends pretend to be the host .. what Dan "coordinated" with me was the complete opposite. And when I reached out to him he said he "COULDNT SPEAK TO ME ABOUT REFUNDS" the ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE PARTY BUS AND THEN I FOUND OUT THAT ITS A SEPARATE COMPANY GO FIGURE!!( J&A party bus)I would suggest you look elsewhere where for a tour. DONT FEEL SCAMMED LIKE ME . He said his company/his partner strive for great customer service... that's a joke! I tried calling their office NO ANSWER... I had a group of 19 people celebrating my moms 65th birthday, they made what could've been a hectic day run so smoothly. Our driver was friendly, accommodating and just overall such a nice guy! Myself and 10 friends rented a Mercedes sprinter van from NY Wine Tours to go around the Hamptons for a day, all the way out to Montauk from Hampton Bays and back. Unfortunately, the speakers the bus completely stopped working 20 minutes into our 2 hour car ride. We had to pull over and frantically search a strip mall for a portable speaker, which we had minimal luck and wasted about an hour of time. It totally put a damper on the day - the point of renting a party bus is to have the experience with music, dancing, drinking, etc with friends all in 1 place. If we had just needed to get from point A to point B, we would have just Ubered for a much cheaper cost. When I spoke to the person at NY Wine Tours afterwards, they offered $200 to a future tour or a $50 refund. With the rental cost over $1,000 and the lackluster experience we had, I was really hoping to be reimbursed more than 4.35%. He was quite rude, and I will not be using or recommending this company to anyone in the future. read more

We had so much fun. My friends said it was one of the best bdays yet. The owners were very communicative throughout the process which was great because with covid some wineries are being strict. Try to make your reservations at the winery as soon as you can. Most of the time is spent on bus due to travel but we were having so much fun we didn't mind. Duck walk allows you to bring in food so we brought cake and sandwich platter which was great. We loved our Benz Sprinter bus!!! Def would book with them again! read more

This was our third year doing a vineyard tour and our first using NY wine tours and let me tell you it was the BEST one yet. Not only was the booking as easy as possible with the help of Lenny and the others working with him. They were very honest and wanted us to have the best experience with the best pricing possible. The driver was also awesome, we were a very big group of 40 people, and of course a day at the vineyards includes a lot of drinking so he made sure our entire group was accounted for and taken care of which made my day stress free. He was extremely accomodating and helpful with getting it all together. Made the process very easy and took a lot of stress off of planning such an event.
