Firstly, Craig and Tim were both great to work with. I felt comfortable with both of them from the start. I am a meticulous DIYer, and have high expectations for the work on my house. I also wanted to do some pieces of the projects myself to save some money. They worked around my schedule, and we were able to do everything we wanted. We asked to have regular meetings to connect about plans and progress and to go over any work. Whenever there was something we wanted fixed, they were quick to take action and made things right. They were also always happy to take a call or answer a text, and they kept us in the loop every step of the way. Because I'm used to doing it all myself, and they were usually working while I was away, this really helped me to feel a part of what was going on! Not only was the quote we received from Strong Builders VERY competitive, they stayed on budget! Any increases were due to choices we made along the way and were always talked about in advance. We knew just what to expect and there were no surprises at the end. The whole team was friendly and polite. My wife always felt safe at home while they were there, and I appreciated what a clean job site they kept. I was also impressed with some of their creative solutions to challenges in the project. We highly recommend requesting George for any tile project you might have. He worked with precision and always checked to make sure we were satisfied. We were annoyingly particular and he happily met our OCD-like expectations! Donado (sp?) was their jack-of-all-trades and around all the time. Everyone was really pleasant and many felt like friends by the end of things! The whole thing did take longer than we expected, however, all along the way we told the fellas that we didn't mind wait, as long as things were done well! But we feel that it's worth mentioning for full disclosure. We would absolutely recommend you give Strong Builders a call for your next project!

We highly recommend South Coast Developers Inc....here is why,…read more Our family, excitingly purchased a townhome last year (August 2019) in Newport Beach that needed almost a full remodel including kitchen cabinets, flooring, toilets, sink, paint and more. Our usual go-to place in finding great service in a referral is on a Facebook Page called Chino Hills Connection, a page for our city to use in resourcing. The post mentioned Ralph and South Coast Developers Inc. several times by people I would highly trust so we scheduled an estimate with him. Ralph, the owner showed up professionally on time and did an estimate for us. He had it back on the exact time he promised. We did not experience this same level of integrity on several other contractor visits. Ralphs estimate also came when he promised and was very fair according to what our needs were and in comparison, to the 5 other quotes we had so we felt confident with hiring them. The entire project was done in phases and payment was collected in phases as well, which made it feel fair and trusting. We also liked that we were updated on the work being done as they went since we were not be living there during construction. After seeing the project was going well in the first couple of weeks our family was able to sit back and let them do the work without feeling worried about how it was going. We also loved how Ralph was able to give us design and layout ideas to help us end up with the best results, the fireplace and mantle was his idea and came out amazing! Ralph stayed in tune with our families' needs the entire time and we never felt he was trying to be dishonest, unfair or shady...unlike what you sometimes hear contractors can do (hence the show "Rescue My Renovation"). We had a goal to really stay as close as we could to the budget since this townhome was purchased for a weekend get-away place and eventually possibly a rental. We can happily say the only thing that really took us out of the budget was a wall that we knew by Ralph ahead of time might reveal some plumbing and wiring and might need extra addressing, as well as a couple of upgrades we decided to add. There was never any crazy surprises. We are very thankful for this! On the final reveal, I cried like a baby because of how great it looked and how effortless the project went. This remodel from top to bottom was truly streamline, effortless and a successful remodel and we have to give credit to Ralph and South Coast Developers Inc. Totally! Our family has now been in the townhome on the weekends for over a month and still pinch ourselves how great it looks. Ralph even delivered the project completed to us EARLY so we could spend Chrismas there!!! Thank you, Ralph and the South Coast Developers Inc.
