This place used to be my favorite! But lately there has been a change in their recipe or something because their jasmine green tea dont taste the same anymore. Their cheese mousse is best in town though! Id also recommend their Whole Orange, Royal Tea, Coffee or Espresso Cheese Mousse drink are pretty nice. Really good tea. I would recommend Jasmine cheese mousse tea or the Royal fruits tea. One of my favorite boba tea places in Orlando. However, service wasn't too great. Some employees are kind of rude. There's one in specific that has the nastiest attitude every time I come in. She makes us feel like we have to rush our order just so she can go onto her phone. I was super excited to try out RoyalTea. I've heard great things about them and that they are a must try in the boba tea community. I was horribly displeased. The tea lacked freshness and tasted dirty. I was informed that it came pre sweetened, so I'm assuming there is no option to get it any other way. My boyfriend ordered their classic Royal Bubble Tea which was pretty much 6 dollar chocolate milk with hard tapioca pearls. Staff was unfriendly and the environment wasn't clean. Come here once a week. Once we found this gem we just couldn't stop! My gf and I bring all of our friends here whenever we can. My favorite is the matcha latte. A lot of my friends like the cheese mousse but I'm personally not a fan. Just be careful with parking! I'm not sure what's up with the drama with Vivis, but if you park in the wrong parking lot (behind royaltea) you WILL get towed. My girlfriend unfortunately got towed and had to pay 125. I've seen spotters a few times too in the next lot, so be careful. If you're just picking up tea, I suggest having a friend wait by the car so you can drive off if anything. REALLY wish this spot expanded to a bigger location or somewhere with more ample parking, business would boom even more! Lines are usually out the door, but they run fast. It's a cozy tea spot with actual tea leaves to show their selection if you'd like to take a look. We got two Royal Bubble Teas and it was amazing! I've been here countless times because all of my friends love the place, but honestly it's just not my cup of tea (pun intended)! I usually order a cheese tea or their fruit tea, but it always seems so bitter or lackluster. I realize they put more emphasis on the tea flavor, which is why I might not like it so much, since I usually enjoy a sweeter/fruitier tea. Their boba itself is standard, but I prefer their basil seeds topping. The place itself is very trendy and on the smaller side, so big groups will have to get to go since the place always seems busy! I'm also a big fan of their cups and the cute heart toppers they have. Prices are on the expensive side, but I can tell they're going for something different here and all my friends find it worth the money. I give them 4/5 stars because I recognize that this place is genuinely good and that their drinks are popular, but I myself am not the biggest fan and usually never crave their drinks. There was indeed oranges in there, but it also tasted like they mixed Tang or some artificial orange drink in there and it was just...not good to me. I did try my friends milk tea and that was good. Next time I came I tried the Pu'er rose tea with the cheese mousse. Now, I usually do not like cheese anything in my bubble tea, but for some reason, I was intrigued and hopeful. I'm not sure if this place has any relation to the Royaltea in Boston's Chinatown but I can tell you right away that I'd much rather prefer this one over the one in Boston. I ordered the Royal Fruit Tea and a French Creme Brulee. I asked for the fruit tea to be 0% sugar because I don't like my drinks too sweet. That being said the did still warn me that it may be somewhat sweet because of the syrup flavorings in it, which when I tried it wasn't too bad. Glad that I didn't have extra sugar in it. There are actual pieces of fruit inside and also basil seeds for a little crunch when you sip it. French creme brulee was surprisingly very good. It had just the right amount of creaminess and sweetness. The brulee sugar was also very crunchy. Will definitely be back when I come to visit Orlando again! read more

Royaltea has been one of my absolute favorite boba tea shops in Orlando. I remember when they first opened, I was there like 3+ times a week lol! Although there are tons of new boba shops opening, I always find myself thinking that no one really has Royaltea beat. I always get either the Mousse Milk Tea or the Matcha Mousse Milk Tea and it's delicious every time- sometimes 50% less sweet depending on my mood. I love the way the slightly salty mousse complements the sweet yet strong milk tea flavor. They also have the best fruit teas, such as the lemon lime tea, and I love that they have the slices of fruit in the cup as well. So refreshing! read more
