I have been calling them and emailing them for over 3 weeks and not one return call or email. I don't think anyone works in the their office. Been trying to get my pick up days changed. they are picking up on Sunday and this is a business that is closed on the weekend so i am paying for a pick up each week that never happens. I am at a loss on how they can still be in business. No one it this company cares for their customers. read more

I've had a business carting contract with Royal Waste for 3 months now. Working with Royal has been a pleasure. I was impressed with Royal Wastes initial proposal and their dedication to sustainability efforts. Royal's waste is burned for energy rather than being stored in landfill and they have a very comprehensive waste sorting and compost initiative. Service has been great so far with a seamless transition from our prior waste contractor. No missed pick ups and the administrative team has been quick to respond to questions. Our site has been somewhat challenging for carters to access for daily service in the past so we are pleased with the results. Royal maintains their dumpsters and equipment has been clean and in working order. I would highly recommend. read more

ILLEGALLY collects commercial garbage in the middle of the night! this is the 3rd time in 2 months they have come at crazy hours which is against the law, when I called to report they were so RUDE and have no regard for the law or the residents around where they collect!!!! read more

I have never used Royal Waste Services, but one of their trucks smashed into my car overnight a few months ago in Long Island City, Queens. Nobody from the company left a note, but luckily a witness did. After speaking with him, and getting surveillance footage from a business across the street, I was able to see the name of the truck. The drivers backed into my car smashing the backside and lights, got out to look at it, made a phone call, then got back in the truck and drove away. After speaking with management at Royal Waste Services, they refused to acknowledge it happened even with the photos and statements I received. I was unable to find a lawyer willing to help me (due to the fact it happened overnight and nobody was injured), but I just felt it was important to let everyone know the type of people who run and work for this business. read more

Horrible customer service. They failed to come for a scheduled pickup of cardboard recycling and we received a summons because of their negligence. We have sent multiple emails to multiple email addresses and made phone calls to the company and they fail to acknowledge this at all. Now we are left with paying the fine for this summons that we never should have received. This is not the first time that we have had issues with the company. If you want good service, go elsewhere. read more

I live near a Roll off trash truck location. Every evening for the last few months a car like alarm would sound when dropping off and picking up containers. The noise was bothersome. After calling and speaking with Jesus he very politely listened to the problem and promptly used a diff osha approved alarm that did not cause the same noise problems and now my family can sleep peacefully at nights. Keenan secured a 30 yard container and took my payment in 5 minutes! The container was dropped off in an hour. I was so grateful and he was so professional and kind! I recommend this company 100%. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY... this is good start... My name is Ivan and i work in construction for some time and i want to share my experience with company Royal waste service... My first phone call to this company was on Monday (June 18) i was jus doing some reasurch about companies for first time... After telling them address they told me price $860 with permits... Price sound good to me so i didn't do any additional resurch...finaly at Wednesday I wanted to order the container but they told me different price $1200... So after that I finally did my resurch and find cheeper companies just thought that for that money I will have better service (come on time, pick up on time and the usual stuff) so I decided to go with them... I ordered container for Thursday ... Thursday morning I come on job side at 7am I put couns on street to be sure when they show up they will have space to put a container... 8am nobodie shows up so I find the company on internet and it says they open up on 9am.. so I let one of 5 guys to sit in car and went to actual job... I had to walk through the garage so yes it is true I was going through garage (1-3 minutes it can take) and there is not reception o yes they could be there yes they can cross the street with out of noticing there are cones on the street for container... they told me when I called them that they called me 3 times... Yes it can happen during that 1-3 minutes but my opinion is that it is bullshit... They were never there, they never called me... But it is just my opinion and I can be wrong... I had to send home 6 workers that didn't get their sallery... Provobly 6 filies woun't get their usual income... But let's say okey... One day is in off and if they charge more then another companies than they would try to satisfy client... So I call them that day for 3 times and for real this number I don't make up... BTW I record all phonecalls for my personal perposes and if someone is going to say it is not true what is say I will just put them here... And scaguale container for next day (Friday June 22) when I call them after 8am that I am waiting on the street again with couns place for placing the container... They just told me that I am not on the scaguale... After one day that I had to send home 6 people again?? For real??) Yes so ofcourse of the nerves I had I yell on them and asked for manager... Manager was not there they told me they told me he will call me back... He called me at noon and explained to me that they don't have any containers left and apologize.. Ofcourse 6 people that should take garbage out was sended home again second day with no sallery... Provobly they will find another job... Me?? I lost my name and goodwill in eyes of architects, client and workers because I promised them stuff that I couldn't keep up... So think twice when you order someone... I don't say this is going to happen to you but this is my experience with that company... And defenetly woun't try to do business with them again... read more
