The person on the phone asked who I was currently using and suggested I stick with the old company instead. I have never heard of a business directing their potential customer to another company to do business. What drove me away from this business wasn't the price, it was the way they treat customers. I am in the construction business so we need dumpsters all year round, Royal Waste just lost a potential long term customer.
