When I first came here it was welcoming, helpful and eager a guy with a beard helped us and everyone else seemed friendly with smiles, good feeling. So this time my hubby and I went and there was 3 people there an Indian like girl, a white guy who gave shaggy vibes and a white guy with a red beard. When we entered the store we did not get a welcome instead it was looks like I don't wanna help them u do it and it was a guy who we dealt with before in the store. The shaggy guy was the one who sold us the "Magic" in Topeka- so yeah! The other two were stand offish like we entered the wrong store . I am not going to patronize a place that holds back on it service toward me. I may give it one more go, and hopefully they read this and get it together. If things have not improved then I have to cancel them stay tuned.

It was unboxed on display and appeared fully charged. The charge lasted about 3 hours - should have been a full day. I recharged completely and got about another 3 hours. The very next day, it shorted out and was completely worthless. Gave off a smell like used fireworks. Took it back in and all they could say was "All sales final." I could understand that if it was something I simply didn't like, or bought by mistake, but this was defective merchandise! 0/10 - DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Not cheap but should last awhile. You have to replace the coil in the Nord about every 10 days or so. $4 each. With this new juice the coils barely last a day. Went back and the owner told me this juice burns up coils fast so I should buy a bunch of coils or some new juice. No refunds or exchanges. Or apologies. Wow. Didn't know what to say. Lose it or leave. I left. Never to return of course.

I walked into his shop after work one day and showed him a photo of one I had found online. He had some similar but not close enough to what I was looking for. He told me he'd check with his sources and get back to me. Within a week, he messaged me with pics of exactly what I was looking for. I had a lot of questions about where it was made, how it was made, etc and he happily and timely answered all of them. He even ordered a couple in so I could 'see' it before I purchased it.
