The asada was really dry, the cabeza was super fatty, and the tripa was tasty. The non spicy sauce she mentioned was actually spicy (green) and we found the brown one to not be spicy at all. I think its an okay spot if youre in the area but wouldn't recommend going out of your way to eat here.

I've always enjoyed food in NOLA so it is quite the treat that they are serving it up in Utah! How convenient :) I ordered the seafood gumbo and boy was this tasty! The seasoning was on point, with just enough kick :) Additionally, I wanted to try the daily special. Over some rice, they had tender collard greens, big chunks of chicken, generous amount of tasty sausage, topped with their signature cajun sauce. This was delicious! My experience was great. The service was quick and the food I ordered was spot on. I would gladly order from them again and try other menu items. Truly happy to support our veterans at TOL U :)

Have to watch facebook to see when they're going to be serving food. This is a food truck located in the Clearfield industrial park. Look for row F bldg 13, row F is west of where GPS takes you. Once you find Bldg F13 they're located across the street to the east at the back of the parking lot. I didn't see them at first as there is a taco truck at the front end of the parking lot and parked cars in the way. But they are there if you look. I tried the 3 meet plate as I wanted to get a variety to try. They were already out of burnt ends, they tell me they're great. Ribs, very good, tender with good flavor. It's a dry rub but you can add hot or reg bbq sauce. I preferred the flavor of the regular. The hot was not very hot but I liked the regular flavor better. Comes with two meaty ribs. 5/5 Jalapeño sausage, just okay, not spicy. 3/5 Candied pork belly, excellent flavor. 4/5 Cornbread, amazing, soft and moist, best bbq cornbread I've had. 5/5 Funeral potatoes, were good. 3/5

(They said they don't have the Dilly Dogs on the main menu anymore because of large pickle supply issues, yet they still had enough on hand to fill our order.) A standard-sized (though decent) conventional dog is stuffed into a meaty golden-hued Mt Olive or Vlasic 'hamburger chips-style' whole dill pickle and then hand-battered. I didn't think I'd love the pickle flavor as much as a refrigerator garlic dill like a Claussen but with Marquesas' crunchier traditional corn batter and the recommended drizzled honey it still tasted really good! The ranch sauce however didn't do too much for it compared with the peanut butter sauce served at Disney. Honey is a great touch, though! At $7+tax it's a much more fairly-priced tasty snack! Four stars for the dilly dog and 4.5 stars for the friendly service!

Churro'MAZING rocked my tastebuds!!!…read more My boyfriend and I had to make a quick stop at the Layton Walmart when we spotted the churro truck out front. We were in a hurry, but decided to stop by on our way out if there wasn't a line. There ended up not being a line so we rushed over to the truck. We started looking over the menu when an employee popped his head out of the window. He and my boyfriend bonded over pineapples (kindred spirits) and then he went over the menu with us. Everything looked amazing, but we settled on the Churros Plus with dulce de leche, chocolate, and cinnamon crunch. Oh my goodness!!! We were in heaven!!!! Next time we're going to get The Works! Churros and ice cream sounds amazing! We'll definitely be back!
