Must add- staff totally Rocks!! Christine today goes over & above and chats us up like an old friend. She is hard working, fun, kind, sweet AND young & beautiful to boot, unsure & out. Thanks for a great rooters experience. Five stars & hearts.

I am a regular at Royal Rooters. I usually come here before the game and always request for Stephanie as my server. She consistently provides great service! The lobster rolls are delicious! The bread is warm and buttery allowing the lobster to melt in your mouth.

    Welcome to the Royal Rooters!

Solid team artifacts Standard beer and food Good space to step away during games Tucked behind the centerfield grandstand by Gate B, the Royal Rooters Club is new for season ticket holders in 2012. The added specialty area has a bar, typical American fare, and historical context from the team's storied past. As you walk in and present your (separate) ticket, you see a wall of bats of Sox past, beyond which is the main bar. Lounge areas surround the bar, spaced to give wide swaths of standing/mingling space for patrons. Obviously, the game is on television within. Walking further off to the side, seating at tables is available, and more history is presented (AL championship trophies, meaningful game-used balls, write-ups on The Splendid Splinter, Yaz, Fisk, Nomar, etc., and rolling video of the runs to the World Series titles, for example). My first visit was during a temperate May night tilt vs. Cleveland (welcome back, Johnny Damon), but where this place will probably really shine is during the stretches of mid-summer heat beating down on fans game after game - to be able to wander into climate control intermittently will probably be a very solid option (you can leave and return with a "ROOT" hand-stamp). The Club is open from two hours prior to first pitch until 45 minutes following last out, which is a decent way to avoid crowds at other local places offering some of the same food and beverage, while soaking up Fenway's aura further. Still, there may be something lacking here in vibe, if only because there's something to being out among the fan base living the moment, rather than watching on a monitor, even if you're just as close. The Red Sox did well to add the Royal Rooters Club as an added season-ticket holder benefit option (and one they can recoup more income for). It's a worthwhile offering, but only as a complement to the game experience, and not as a replacement by any means. Recommended to try it out once if you're able to swing the chance, and experience it for yourself.

Hot damn that batting average! No wonder they keep saying best hitter in baseball.

So, it's a work in progress little museum. We got to check it out after our Fenway tour. So, there were no drinks or bartenders :( boo, but I'm glad they took us here to check out the memorabilia, read some stuff and had staff there to answer questions. It was cool! Stop in if you get the chance!

The very Lovely Kristen and the King of all cocktails make this place the most fun establishment anyone will find in Boston. If you are looking for a bar to feel like home this is the place! Try the Royal Burger and the Veggie Burger and feel free to make yummy noises . On the cocktail front don't hesitate to try either the Bloody Mary and fruit scientific concoction of the day. Kids ? The homemade fruit punch is way past fruit juicy good! Can't wait to go back big time. Go Sox!!

With winter upon us but I long for Spring and the great days of Red Sox Baseball and drinks in the Royal Rooter Club.

I have been a Red Sox fan since I opened my eyes in the maternity ward to witness Bill Monbouquette and my beloved team beat the Chicago White Sox at Comiskey Park hours after I was born on August 26, 1959. Although they went on to finish 19 games behind the American League Champion White Sox, I was hooked for life. Fast forward 54 years, season ticket holder of the game and my picture taken on the field with the mascots during pregame ceremonies. Then my very first trip to the Royal Rooter Club. It's a museum. No it's a bar. No, it's a restaurant. No, it is the penultimate hangout for true fans who love baseball and love the Red Sox. Stellar service, great drinks, quality food and wonderful desserts. Tara is an angel who insures all your season ticket holder needs are met. I love this place. I wish I could hang out here on non-game days. It is the only thing that could possibly improve on a day at Fenway Park.

They also have outdoor seating along the side and back for a great view of the water or to people watch folks walking by in Seaport. I could definitely see this place getting crowded for a game. We were seated outside and our waitress was kind and attentive to us. We didn't experience slow service, and it was quick ordering with her. She was on it. We got a pretty big spread of food (honey bbq tenders, nachos, lobster roll, steak and cheese wontons, and margarita pizza). All of it was very average. The flavors were very average and the quality of the food was nothing special. Wish it was more Seaport quality. It's a bummer since not a single plate was piping hot when it got to our table. Everything was either room temperate or cold. Still a great spot to hang out in the sun outside!

It's like someone mashed together an amusement park, a zoo, and a full-blown circus, then replaced the cotton candy with alcohol and the safety rails with chaos. Every floor felt like a different dimension--one minute you're vibing, the next you're dodging a human traffic jam like it's bumper cars. But the real main event? Colleen. First floor. Absolute legend. Watching her work was like witnessing a headliner performance before the headliner. She wasn't bartending--she was conducting a symphony of pure mayhem. Drinks flying out of her hands like fireworks, orders remembered with supernatural precision, cracking jokes, keeping the energy electric--it was like if a ringmaster, a magician, and a quarterback all fused into one person behind the bar. I showed up stone-cold sober. Like, "responsible adult grabbing a pre-show drink" sober. What happened next was less of a night out and more of a controlled demolition. Somewhere between Colleen's perfectly poured chaos and the multi-floor madness, time stopped making sense. I'm pretty sure I blacked out on one floor and woke up on another like I was fast-traveling in a video game. At one point I may have been part of the circus. Not watching it--part of it. By the time I left, "walking" was no longer an option. I exited the building in a full crawl, like I had just survived a natural disaster. Limbs questionable, dignity gone, spirit intact. 10/10. No notes. Would absolutely risk it all again.

For appetizers, we usually always get the wings. They're smoked and then I believe flash fried. Always tasty and tender. The fried pickles are great, too. For entrees I always get the bbq chicken pizza, or the Cajun pasta. I also LOVE the buffalo mac and cheese, which can feed you for a week. The drinks are very good. The beer menu is huge. I would give this location a 10/10. Always check for see the wait prior to coming. If you're in the area, definitely stop by!

Not offensive, not memorable, just existing on the plate doing its job. The place was pretty packed, but somehow still calm. The beer list is huge, which is great if you like choices, or terrible if you're the kind of person who panics when offered more than two options. All in all, I liked it. Good atmosphere, great broccoli, and enough on the menu that I'd come back. Might even pretend it was my idea.

Jake n JOES was perfect to host this at because it is a New England sports bar with plenty of TVs, a perfect game day menu, and a lively atmosphere to enjoy a game with sports decor surrounding. I'm glad they had this Celtics collab. The event was fun, they had free merch at a table handed out by Celtics cheerleaders and Lucky the Leprechaun. We got there towards the end but scored some merch. We did wait for a table since it was a full house for this, but luckily we scored one with a TV in view. My friends and I got dinner, opted out of drinks this round. I got the chicken quesadilla with a side of spanish rice. The quesadilla was pretty good, but the rice was a little undercooked. They also charged extra for a side of sauce which has never happened before so that was a bummer. I wouldn't have got one if I'd known. Oh well. We then split the cookie sundae which was yummy. Cookie was undercooked and a little raw but it was okay. Still tasted okay, food is always good but nothing to write home about. I like it though. The atmosphere and the shared energy of Boston sports fans being able to come together and enjoy a game makes up for the food being above average. I'll still come back and enjoy a game here.
