On the day of our appointment, I simply put our pool pump on 'Service' mode to prevent the pool equipment from running and Luis did the rest. Luis arrived 20 minutes earlier than his appointment time. He drained our pool extremely quick with his own pump, and immediately began cleaning our tiles.
