I don't need an appointment, they are right there to diagnose the problem and order the parts. One time a part was going to take a few weeks, so they put it together enough for me to use it for a few weeks and then I brought it in for him to swap out the needed part. I really appreciate their flexibility and professionalism. And I think their prices are very good. sadly, we had to go back to them again today, and within hours they called with the estimate to repair the robot and have the parts on order. Great customer service.

Our experience with Inland Empire Hot Springs Spas was fantastic. From the initial telephone…read morecontact to final home visit, each employee we interacted with was top notch. RYAN responded, conducted an inspection of the spa, and suggested a "clean sweep" service, which included cleaning the interior and exterior of the spa cabinet, removing pest evidence, replacing a non-working part, draining the spa, cleaning it, refilling it, and getting the chemicals back in order. RYAN was very knowledgable and friendly. Regarding the cost, it was very reasonable. At no time did it appear RYAN was trying to sale anything; just an honest inspection without any hidden fees. In addition, we were able to have the work scheduled and completed within two days. At the conclusion of the work, RYAN provided before and after photos. A solid FIVE star experience, and we look forward to working with Inland Empire Hot Spring Spas in the future.

Cherry Valley Nursery & Landscape Supply in Beaumont, CA has a lot of practical…read morebenefits--especially if you're into gardening, landscaping, or improving your yard. 1. Huge plant selection They're known for having a very large variety of plants, including: * Fruit and nut trees (citrus, avocado, etc.) * Flowering plants and shrubs * Succulents and drought-tolerant plants * Vegetable starts and herbs This makes it easier to find plants that actually do well in Inland Empire heat. 2. Landscaping materials in one place Instead of going to multiple stores, you can also get: * Soil, mulch, compost * Decorative rock and boulders * Sod (like marathon grass) * Pavers and garden supplies So it's more of a one-stop landscaping shop. ‍ 3. Helpful, knowledgeable staff are always so approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service: * Helpful with plant selection * Good at giving growing advice for local climate * Able to help plan landscaping projects This is especially useful if you're not sure what will survive in your yard. 4. Plants suited for Southern California Because they serve the local region, they tend to stock plants that handle: * Heat * Drought conditions * Inland desert-like weather swings That means fewer "trial and error" plant failures. 5. Often better value than big box stores (depending on item) Many people go there because: * Larger plants are often healthier and more established * Bulk materials (soil/rock) can be more cost-effective * Better selection of specialty trees compared to Home Depot/Lowe's 6. Local convenience + delivery options * Easy access off Cherry Valley Blvd * Bulk materials and landscaping supplies can often be delivered * Good for both DIY gardeners and contractors 7. Inspiration factor Even if you don't know exactly what you want, it's a good place to: * Walk around and get landscaping ideas * See mature plants and how they'll look in real yards It's not just a plant store--it's a full landscaping resource center with a huge selection and local expertise, especially useful for Inland Empire gardening conditions.

We were so excited to go tree shopping, but unfortunately our experience was completely…read moreovershadowed by the older woman who helped us. From the very beginning, she was rude, dismissive, and condescending. Every question I asked was met with a response that made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of helped. From what I could tell, they have a decent selection of trees, but after that interaction I wasn't even able to enjoy looking around because I just wanted to leave. My husband has been there before and says everyone else has always been friendly, so I'm trying not to judge the entire business based on one employee. Still, one bad interaction can make a lasting impression, and unfortunately this experience was enough that we'll likely be taking our business elsewhere.

I just purchased a home in Rialto which has a beautiful pool in the backyard. When we received keys…read moreafter escrow closed we were so sad to discover gross green algae on the walls and stairs of the pool. The pool man hired by the seller stated we would need to drain the pool and do an acid wash, which he would charge $1,100 for!!! I felt this was crazy and decided to do some research before moving forward. We've never had a pool before so we have NO idea how to care for one. I was nervous that man might be right. I searched for the nearest pool supply store and found Don's Pool Supply. I called and they asked me to take photos and bring them in to take a look. When I arrived at the store I showed the photos to the gentleman who laughed at the idea of doing an acid wash. He told me it wasn't necessary. He gave me instructions on how to fix the issue myself. I purchased an algae eating powder which I sprinkled in the pool and let it sit. I then scrubbed the sides with the brush I also purchased from Don's. After that I dumped 4 gallons of chlorine in the pool and let the pool pump run its course. Yesterday I came home from work to a SPOTLESS pool. It literally looks BRAND NEW!!!!! I couldn't believe how crystal clear it looked!!! Acid wash....psh. There are some people who are out to take your money......and take advantage of you. And there are others like the staff at Don's Pool Supply who are out to help you and are HONEST people. As a new resident of Rialto, I'm happy to say Don's Pool Supply has gained a life long customer. Thank you Don's Pool Supply for being honest and keeping your customer's best interest in mind.
