Miss Norma Jeane was in Luck yesterday, when Ms. Jasmine pulled up in her cute little van. Jasmine was able to take care of all her grooming needs right outside of our home and it was sooo quick! We know she will look forward to her next grooming appointment and we are so thankful for your service! She smells delightful Thank you read more

We love Jasmina - and so does our pup! She's always kind, gentle, and does an amazing job every time. Our dog comes back looking great and smelling amazing. Highly recommend! read more

This is the best grooming mobile salon. Jasmine is like a vet. She is the only one that can handle my dog when she is ill behaved and is intone with any health or medical issues. Jasmine is so good with animals that she is the only one my dog and I trust. And the best prices for doing more than the usual. read more

My first time getting both of my cats groomed and I was sooo nervous but it was an amazing experience! You can tell they absolutely love animals and were so accommodating! I 100% will be back and recommend them to anyone else for grooming needs! read more

called this place didn't bother to get a call back called again finally she answered me and said I wanted to get cut. She gave me the whole the whole bathing and anal extraction and everything and I said I just watered my cats tails cause I didn't have $195. She said OK it would be $25. OK I'd like to book it never heard back from her again don't bother with his business. read more

I have a Persian cat who does not like getting groomed but Royal Pets took such great care of my cat. He did not seem stressed at all after his cut and bath. I love my cats new look and the service was excellent. Highly recommend! read more

Simply the Best Groomer around! We have been so hesitant to have our 11 year old Pekingese professionally groomed. The last groomer physically hurt her the last time we had her groomed. We basically did not trust anyone to groom her. Jasmine took such good care of our fur baby. She was so happy to feel nice and clean! The cut she got was amazing and perfect for summer. She cleaned up all the past grooming mistakes we made(we did our own grooming for the past 2 years, pretty bad). I would definitely have her groomed again! read more

I texted Jasmina that I was adopting a sweet rescue that needed some cleaning up. She said they didn't normally work weekends, but made an exception for us. I was so worried about my new kitty being scared since she had just got to us that day. Jasmina and her mother were very sweet, prepared and experienced. Jasmina knew I was nervous and sent me a photo and text update to let me know the cat was doing fine. Thankfully my cat did very well and was in and out quickly...smelling super fancy! Jasmina texted me the next day to check in on both of us and I was glad to report all was well. Highly recommend this family to take care of your pets! read more

I have a long haired senior rescue cat named Seri who had a rough time in her early life and can be really combative. Jasmina is very patient with her and gives her the cutest shave since she can't groom herself very well anymore. Afterwards, Seri is more playful, more affectionate and her appetite improves. I know she feels so much better. We are happy repeat customers and Jasmina has our most sincere recommendation. read more

Believe me when I tell you that my cat, Paul, is a SCAREDY CAT. He's terrified of everything, but Jasmina and her mom are so amazing. He didn't seem stressed at all after his bath! My entire family was truly amazed that they were able to groom him without any trouble. Highly recommend Royal Pets Grooming Salon and Spa!! I can't stress enough how wonderful they are and now my little guy is super soft and he smells great. read more

Jasmina is AMAZING! My maltese got allergic to the new food I just bought for him and he broke out in a pretty bad rash. I have medication for his rash but since his fur was getting pretty long, it was difficult to apply it on. Jasmina was able to fit my dog into her schedule within a week with a spa package deal which includes nail cut and file, paw pad trim, sanitary trim, anal glands expression, warm bath, teeth brushing, eye and ear cleaning, hand blow dry, brush out, haircut and deodorizing mist. I really appreciated for this detailed explanation cause the price definitely matches the service. Jasmina went above and gave my dog a medicated bath to help heal his rash. AND spent extra time with cleaning his anal glands because not a lot of groomers do that. Thank you so much Jasmina! Will definitely use her service again! read more

Jasmina was wonderful with my 6.5 months old puppy. He came back happy, soft and smelling great! She also gave him the haircut I asked for, which is a teddy bear cut. She was on time and extremely sweet! I'm so glad I found her and that she would drive to where I am. Her prices are also reasonable, most mobile groomers stops at Calabasas and the ones in my area charges an arm and a leg. Will continue to use her for my pup and highly recommend Jasmina and Royal. read more

I had my dogs groomed with Royal Pets for the first time and couldn't be happier! My dogs are very anxious and Jasmina and her mom were patient with them and allowed them to take time to warm up while I was still there which I appreciated so much! With past grooming appointments, my dogs were taken away so quickly and not given an opportunity to warm up. I sent photos of my dogs from the past as a guide for their haircuts and Jasmina hit it right on the head! I received photo updates throughout their appointments and they came out looking absolutely beautiful! Each appointment only took about an hour which is much better than the half day situation at a traditional groomer. Highly recommend Jasmina and her mom as they are so nice, patient, and do a great job! I am looking forward to new appointments where my dogs will now be familiar with their groomer! read more

Our little persian cat Lulu is very squirmy when getting groomed, so we have always heard. Her hair gets very long and matted. She doesn't love for us to clip her claws. Basically she's a cat. I was nervous about how she would treat Jasmina! But it went really well- better than I'd even imagined!! I will spare you all the details but Jasmina went the extra mile! Lulu has a new friend today!!! And so do I!! read more

I have to say that Royal Pets absolutely made my day today! I was so pleased to have Jasmina and her mom Suzanne provide excellent grooming services to our 18 year old cat named Cosmo. This was our first time using a mobile grooming company, and we could not have made a better choice! They are so pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Cosmo now looks and smells so nice, soft and clean! His services included a bath, blow dry, claw trim, and they were excellent at getting all of the mats out of his fur! Cosmo did very well throughout the procedures, and he didn't seem as stressed as in his past grooming appointments, when we would put him in a carrier and drive him to the vet, or other grooming places with more noisy and crowded environments. This mobile grooming service proved to be a much better setup for him. I will definitely be contacting Royal Pets again for future appointments, and I highly recommend them! read more

It was the first time I tried Royal Pets Mobile Grooming service and I'm so happy with the results! Jasmina, the owner is super nice and professional. I love my babies new hair cut! Highly recommended! read more

It is such a convenience to have a mobile service for a pet that doesn't get out of the house very often. It's so nice to put your cat in the carrier and walk out the door to bring him to get a bath and haircut. I have a really tough schedule with work and Jasmina was very patient and accommodating. She books really fast so my appointment was a week or two out. it was $105 for the bath, lion cut, ear wash, and nail clipping. My cat is medium haired but I feel like he has a lot of fluff. He looked like a different cat when he was done but I loved the pom pom tail. I really feel like the haircut made him feel cooler and more energetic. he did have a bald spot the size of a half-dollar on his bottom half but he probably flinched because this was his first time getting a bath and haircut. I was pleased with the services and I would definitely return! read more

Another update from my previous reviews. Jasmina is absolutely amazing and last visit shared with me concerns that my dog has an ear infection and said she "flushed it" but to watch it. I decided to take my dog in and my vet said she has silent infection in her ear meaning she didn't shake her head or anything to notify me. It ended up being a pretty severe and the vet said Jasmina did an excellent job of flushing it out and notifying me. Please trust her advise I find tome and time again she knows her dogs lol. I continue to have great experiences with her and am a customer for life Update to my original review ..... Jasmina has done it again ..... Toby and Daisy are absolutely stunning as always! My babies love love love seeing her! Thanks again Jasmin Excellent service. Prompt and friendly. My baby "Toby" loved her and is looking forward to his next spa te read more

Jasmina is wonderful!!! Reasonable rates, conveniently comes to you, quick to respond, cares/focuses on one dog at a time and takes her time with the grooming. She does an amazing job!! First time my 6 month old pups got groomed, and it was such a great experience. Will definitely be seeing her again! 100% recommend!! Much better than leaving your dog at a grooming salon that works on multiple dogs at a time. Jasmina is the best! read more

Had our first appointment on 4/29, I want everyone to know it was a fantastic experience! Nothing comes close to the wonderful experience we received from Jasmina. Arrived on time and it was super quick. It was nice to know that my dog was not around other dogs and it was a one on one experience for my dog. I cannot say enough about how great she is at her job and just so sweet. So happy to finally finding a groomer that I know my dog is in good hands. Moving forward, I will only be taking my dog to Royal Pets! Also, the perfume or shampoo that was used on my dog smelled AMAZING plus the cute bandana (: Thank you so much!! Blessings to you and your family. read more

Kitty Galore! Awsome mobile cat groomer. Highly recommend for senior cats (all cats). My cat, 15! hates to travel and causes a stinky mess when traveling. So I must get a mobile groomer. She smells great, and is so soft. They trim her little paw hair, nails, and hind. Plus it is super quick and easy to schedual. My cat comes back in her normal mood, so although I know she hates stepping out to the van, it does not effect her mood when she comes back in the house. Easy venmo pay. Very nice groomers. read more

Our little baby has the hardest time grooming himself and as a result his long hair gets really matted. We tried royal pets in hopes that it would ease his anxiety with having to travel to another groomer or vet. They washed, blow dried, shaved and got out all the matted fur in less than 45 minutes. They were so sweet and gentle with him I was amazed! I will 100% be using them again and they will be the only ones to groom little binny. read more

Today March 4th, 2019 we had our first appointment with Royal Pets Mobile Grooming. We'd like everyone to know that it was a fantastic experience for both our family members and above all for our puppy. We had been using the few of the Walk-in pet grooming salons in the past year, but nothing would come close to the wonderful experience our dog received. (It was so great that she gave you a kiss after you finished grooming her). Ms. Jasmina is truly a kind and gentle human being as well as a competent groomer. We can never say enough about how great she made us all feel. We are all looking forward to utilizing the Royal Pets services from this point on. Blessings to you and your family. We all thank you from the bottom of our hearts. read more

Unfortunately not as caring as her 5 stars would suggest. Did not even try to help schedule me in, and is no longer taking new clients. Did not seem to care. I guess when business is booming, customer service takes a back seat. Would not recommend based on that fact alone. Any mobile dog groomer reading this, please reach out to me, I will hire you on the spot. Royal pets Jasmina did not even respond when asked for a recommendation since she is not accepting clients. I don't like people who don't care for other people. If your business is so busy that you can't accept clients, perhaps point them in the right direction instead of giving them a theoretical middle finger with a smile. read more

Royal Pets has been grooming my Pug for many years now. Like many Pugs, mine loves to eat and is overweight. He's also young with lots of energy. Royal Pets has done a superb job taking care of my little guy from "head to toe", including his wrinkles. I attempted to use several other mobile services before and each one was a miss in terms of quality and/or punctuality. Royal Pets has also been very flexible with my schedule, they communicate extremely well, and also suggest treatments for my pug when I wasn't aware of medical issues he was facing at the time. Royal Pets is one of those family businesses a customer can be proud of supporting 200%. Thank you. read more

Jasmina and her mom who will come assist her with my dogs are amazing. My 1 year old Maltipoo was so scared and little by little Jasmina was able to do small appts for him to get him acclimated. He has now been fully groomed with the works and he is a new dog. He trusts her and that means the world. She truly cares about the dogs. Always on time and if ever running late, she will text me. I have 3 dogs and they are all groomed in about 2 hours. She is affordable and does such a good job.
