Simply the Best Groomer around! We have been so hesitant to have our 11 year old Pekingese professionally groomed. The last groomer physically hurt her the last time we had her groomed. I have medication for his rash but since his fur was getting pretty long, it was difficult to apply it on. Jasmina was able to fit my dog into her schedule within a week with a spa package deal which includes nail cut and file, paw pad trim, sanitary trim, anal glands expression, warm bath, teeth brushing, eye and ear cleaning, hand blow dry, brush out, haircut and deodorizing mist. I have to say that Royal Pets absolutely made my day today! I was so pleased to have Jasmina and her mom Suzanne provide excellent grooming services to our 18 year old cat named Cosmo. This was our first time using a mobile grooming company, and we could not have made a better choice! They are so pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Cosmo now looks and smells so nice, soft and clean! His services included a bath, blow dry, claw trim, and they were excellent at getting all of the mats out of his fur! Cosmo did very well throughout the procedures, and he didn't seem as stressed as in his past grooming appointments, when we would put him in a carrier and drive him to the vet, or other grooming places with more noisy and crowded environments. It is such a convenience to have a mobile service for a pet that doesn't get out of the house very often. It's so nice to put your cat in the carrier and walk out the door to bring him to get a bath and haircut. I have a really tough schedule with work and Jasmina was very patient and accommodating. She books really fast so my appointment was a week or two out. it was $105 for the bath, lion cut, ear wash, and nail clipping. My cat is medium haired but I feel like he has a lot of fluff. He looked like a different cat when he was done but I loved the pom pom tail. I really feel like the haircut made him feel cooler and more energetic. he did have a bald spot the size of a half-dollar on his bottom half but he probably flinched because this was his first time getting a bath and haircut. Another update from my previous reviews. Jasmina is absolutely amazing and last visit shared with me concerns that my dog has an ear infection and said she "flushed it" but to watch it. I decided to take my dog in and my vet said she has silent infection in her ear meaning she didn't shake her head or anything to notify me. It ended up being a pretty severe and the vet said Jasmina did an excellent job of flushing it out and notifying me. Please trust her advise I find tome and time again she knows her dogs lol.
