I had settled on the pork kebab with rice, salad, and naan. My husband had decided on the mixed grill, which included chicken and beef, along with salad, rice, and naan. We only had to wait about ten minutes before our meals were brought to our table by the kind server that had taken our orders earlier. The food was absolutely amazing! The pork was very tender, and the salad had a nice flavour to it, especially when mixed with the rice. The naan was a great addition, as I ate it with the dipping sauces that were given on the side. The food was abundant; I didn't even finish my dish as it was too much. My husband agreed that his meal was also delicious, and well-worth the price. Would definitely return and will recommend to others!

Unfortunately, my experience at the Mississauga location has been very different. I had an issue with an order a couple of weeks ago, and the customer service I received was extremely disappointing. The manager did not seem interested in listening to my concerns or resolving the issue, and her tone made me feel like I was simply another customer rather than someone whose experience mattered. I understand that mistakes can happen, but how an issue is handled makes a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning to this location. Based on my experience, I also would not recommend this location to other customers. It's disappointing because I've consistently had great experiences at the Scarborough and Pickering locations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer service at the Mississauga location.
