Initially, they were efficient and communicative, and I was optimistic. However, the quartz they installed has been a nightmare. We selected a white quartz based on pictures they provided. Within weeks of installation, the so-called "quartz" started showing major quality issues. The main reasons we chose quartz--its supposed resistance to scratches, heat, and stains--were completely absent. Stains appeared almost immediately and won't come out, even with professional polishers and cleaning solutions. Scratches occurred from something as simple as a barstool rubbing against it. To make matters worse, there's a visible line in one section of the quartz where it looks like it could break. What makes this even more frustrating is that budget was never discussed as a limitation. I could understand if we'd told them we needed to stay within a certain price range, but that wasn't the case. They came, measured, gave us a price, and then simply asked what color granite we wanted and if we preferred veins. There was no disclosure about quality differences or the option to upgrade to a higher grade of quartz. I reached out to the contractor multiple times, after trying to find my own solution for working with and on the countertop, I reached by phone and text over a month in August, trying to address the issues. After no response, I finally sent a detailed email explaining the problems and requesting a copy of our contract. The contractor eventually replied, acknowledged the issues, and claimed quartz shouldn't wear like this. She said she'd contact the supplier--but I had to follow up several more times to get any updates. When she finally responded, she gave us our contract but stated her company wasn't liable for the poor-quality quartz. She directed us to the supplier, despite admitting she had already spoken to them and was told this was "general wear and tear." Frustrated, we hired a new contractor to evaluate the quartz. They confirmed it was quartz but stated it was a very low-quality grade. Replacing it would cost us $6,000-$10,000, or we'd have to live with the subpar countertops. At no point during the process were we given options for higher-quality granite or told that what was being installed was a budget-tier material. The contractor acted as though we had personally selected and purchased the granite ourselves, when in reality, we trusted her to provide a quality product. While the installation itself was passable (aside from a visible cut line), the overall experience was incredibly disappointing. The poor communication, lack of transparency, and unwillingness to stand by the product make this contractor one I cannot recommend. If I'd known we could hire them for just the installation and shop around for better quartz ourselves, I would have. This was an expensive lesson in why "affordable" isn't always worth it. Avoid this contractor if you want quality materials and honest communication.

There are some true horror stories about unscrupulous craftsmen. I'm careful about who comes into my home. I'm careful about who I hire. These guys are young, but they know their business. Their quote was more than fair and reasonable and their work was perfection. When they came out to evaluate the project and come up with an estimate, we discussed everything in detail, they had great suggestions and really listened to what I wanted done. I got several bids and went with these guys. I was putting in a farmhouse sink and had to have the cabinet modified. To make sure everything would fit perfectly, Daniel came back out and measured again after the cabinet was cut and the sink put in. They even ended up correcting some of the work the cabinet guy did. So listen, these are professional craftsmen who are fairly priced, on time, efficient, and honor their word. They take pride in their work. You're not going to go wrong if you hire them.

We paid this company $16,500 for our countertops, and the workmanship and lack of accountability…read morehave been completely unacceptable. We spent TWO MONTHS planning this project, provided all specifications upfront, including plans for our countertop appliance garage, and were taken to a stone supplier's showroom to select our slabs. Of the four slabs selected for our project, one had a visible fish-shaped imperfection, which was used without any discount offered to us. Despite measuring our kitchen TWICE, they incorrectly fabricated and installed our countertops, leaving crooked countertops, uneven overhangs, misaligned stone, improper cuts, and a large visible seam in our backsplash that we were specifically promised would be one continuous piece. Their proposed solution to THEIR measurement errors was to cut down our BRAND-NEW kitchen cabinets, which we refused. Their crew also scratched our new cabinetry and left our front yard littered with trash, energy drink cans, wrappers, and installation materials. Jonathan personally guaranteed that if any slabs were incorrectly cut, they would replace them at NO additional cost to us. However, when we asked him to honor that guarantee, he instead suggested we pay half the cost of another slab or purchase one ourselves. We have been more than reasonable, allowing them to return for adjustments, discussing multiple possible resolutions, and giving Jonathan numerous opportunities to make this right. Unfortunately, the installation remains visibly defective, and he has since avoided our repeated attempts to resolve the situation. This is NOT a matter of being picky or difficult homeowners. These are legitimate measurement, fabrication, and installation errors. Even opening our kitchen drawers exposes how crooked and uneven the countertops are. We will be uploading photographs showing the poor workmanship, misalignment, and damage to our cabinetry so others can see the results for themselves. After spending $16,500, we should not be financially responsible for correcting THEIR mistakes. We have simply asked them to honor their guarantee by properly replacing or correcting the defective work at no additional cost or providing an appropriate refund. Instead, we have been left with improperly installed countertops, scratched cabinets, broken promises, and no resolution. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company. Homeowners deserve contractors who honor their commitments, take responsibility for their mistakes, and stand behind their work. BEWARE BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY!
