This company is just a simple referral service. They set up appointments for independent techs and in return they take a cut. At every point of the interaction with them I felt their only goal was to sell me as much as possible. Absolutely max out every penny of profit. The quote they gave me was 12X the initial price. They wanted $600 for a chimney cap that you can find elsewhere for under $100. This level of greed is what is going to ruin the trust between a company and its customers. Sahar and Giovanni (sp?) were excellent and professional from start to finish. They communicated immediately and effectively and showed up right on time. They took their time diagnosing the issue (mold/trash smell from duct) and came up with the best solution possible. When they realized that the duct needed to be replaced and that their cleaning wouldn't solve the problem, the recommended another vendor, since they don't do duct replacement. Since they didn't completely resolve the issue, they only charged me for an inspection -- despite the fact that they were here for hours cleaning the duct.
