From start to finish, my experience with them was outstanding. Their customer service team is genuinely a cut above the rest. They were responsive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, making sure I understood every step of the process without ever feeling pressured or rushed. Their technicians arrived earlier this morning (on time, ready to work) proactively slipping on shoe protection not to track in outside dirt into the home (without being asked mind you) demonstrating professionalism and expertise while troubleshooting and resolving all of our issues with a control module for our Montigo Gas Fireplace. Their pricing was far more competitive than any other company I contacted, without sacrificing an ounce of quality or service. It is rare these days to find a business that combines value and excellence so well and I'm grateful to now have their contact saved in my phone the next time I need help with one of my fireplaces. I couldn't recommend Burbank Fireplace & BBQ more highly. If you want a smooth, stress-free experience with results that exceed expectations, this is the place to go!

I had a fantastic experience with Fireplace Freddie and would highly recommend them to anyone…read moreneeding chimney or fireplace work. They performed repairs on the chimney of my home in Glendale, and their expertise was evident from start to finish. After the initial inspection, they developed a plan to repair the chimney, including the flue and smoke chamber. However, when the technicians arrived to begin the work, they suggested a different approach: installing a new stainless steel chimney liner instead of repairing the existing flue tile mortar joints. After discussing the options with them, I agreed that the new liner was the better solution. What really impressed me was that Fireplace Freddie completed the new installation at no additional charge, even though it involved more work and took longer than originally planned. They clearly cared more about doing the job right than simply sticking to the original scope of work. After the repairs were completed, they came back to inspect everything and make sure the work had been done properly. They also repainted the fireplace, making it look brand new again! Everyone I worked with, from the initial inspection through the final follow-up, was fantastic. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. It's refreshing to find a company that takes such pride in its work and stands behind what it does. I couldn't be happier with the experience and would absolutely recommend Fireplace Freddie!

This was for a rental property with new tenants scheduled to do a walk-through and sign lease agreement in a few days. After two months of repairs and improvements, I thought everything was ready to go - until I started taking photos and realized the gas-log fireplaces were in need of cleaning and resetting. In a bit of a panic, I turned to Yelp (as owners of my previous fireplace maintenance company had retired) and chose Fireplace 911 - in part due to their positive online reviews, and also to help support a local business. I could not have asked for a better experience and will continue to call upon Fireplace 911 going forward. Thank you so much for fitting me in, and to Jorge for doing an excellent job.

Updated Review: 5 Stars UPDATE (Editing my original review…read moreafter service completion): I am officially updating my review because FirePlace 911 truly went above and beyond to make things right. After my initial scheduling frustrations, the business owner, Renzo, personally stepped in. He called me immediately after the job was finished and apologized sincerely multiple times for the previous communication issues. The Results: The actual work performed was fantastic. They completed a full refurbishment that included: - Deep Cleaning: Both the chimney and the fireplace are spotless. - Aesthetic Upgrades: They repainted the interior, making it look brand new. - Smart Functionality: They installed new parts and integrated a wall switch system. Now, as long as the pilot light is on, I can start a fire with a simple flick of a switch. Incredibly convenient for my tenants. The finishing quality is top-tier. Seeing the final product and experiencing Renzo's commitment to customer satisfaction completely changed my perspective. It's rare to find a business that takes feedback this seriously and delivers such high-quality craftsmanship. I now highly recommend FirePlace 911 to anyone needing fireplace experts. Thank you again for the hard work, Renzo! ------------------------------------------- Original Post - Rating: (1/10) I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and total disregard for my time shown by Fireplace911. Initially, I was happy to be flexible. We had a Tuesday appointment that they needed to reschedule due to a technician's family emergency. I completely understand that life happens and was happy to accommodate them. However, the experience went downhill quickly from there: * Reschedule #1: We moved the appointment to Friday at 11:00 AM. * Reschedule #2: On the day of, they requested to move the 11:00 AM slot to 2:00 PM. I agreed. * The No-Show: They failed to arrive at 2:00 PM and did not show up until 5:00 PM. This was not just a personal inconvenience; this was for an investment property with a tenant waiting. Because of this company's poor time management and lack of communication, I was forced to apologize repeatedly to my tenant for the delay. There is a fine line between a genuine emergency and simple laziness. Changing a time twice and then showing up three hours late for the second window is unacceptable in a professional setting. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your fireplace needs.
