However, the business office, surgery counselors and billing department have been less than pleasurable to work with. There were some discrepancies between the billing office and the surgery counselor when I was quoted certain financial amounts. When communicating with them, they became very hostile and demanding, without being understanding and accommodating. After my follow ups are finalized, I will not be recommending them to anyone who might be looking into getting anything done in the future simply because of the interactions I experienced with some of the office staff.

I'm not sure if this is the norm for this office or if they unexpectedly took way longer with other patients educating them or if they just had an off day. The doctor and office staff seemed nice.
