However, the business office, surgery counselors and billing department have been less than pleasurable to work with. There were some discrepancies between the billing office and the surgery counselor when I was quoted certain financial amounts. When communicating with them, they became very hostile and demanding, without being understanding and accommodating. After my follow ups are finalized, I will not be recommending them to anyone who might be looking into getting anything done in the future simply because of the interactions I experienced with some of the office staff.

I waited over 2 hours to be seen by the doctor and as I decided to walk out…read moreand not be seen then the doctor came to get me at the front office as I was informing the receptionist/office staff that I was leaving, telling me he "was ready for me", the exam seemed okay, with some "burning eye drops" I was informed I they had to use to see my eyes. I'm not sure if this is the norm for this office or if they unexpectedly took way longer with other patients educating them or if they just had an off day. The doctor and office staff seemed nice.
