I asked a few more questions but I have never seen my son act this way. I tried to bring it up to the receptionist and she was short with me and said she brings her kids here... and the doctor was fine with her kids. She then proceeded to apologize to me because she was short with me. I've noticed they are trying to advertise a lot on Instagram. I wanted to just leave this facility alone and never come back, but with how much they are saying they have tons of openings, I'm curious if others dealt with what I had to deal with. I am the type of person who likes to keep things the same, and, the Sherman office is next to Sam, which is where I get my eye glasses. Now, I am in need of a copy of my eye prescription, and now I am going through hell again with the unanswered calls and emails. I have even went to the Sherman location on Saturdays (multiple times) to get my prescription and the office is closed. Once I get my prescription I am done with them. The eye doctor is nice but RECEIVING RETURN CALLS AND ANSWERED EMAILS IS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. Do not let the convenient location get you. Save yourself some emotional distress -- look elsewhere!! The problem is that I've never emailed this business and they have never emailed me. When I tried to confirm what email address the lady at the front desk had for me, she was unable to give me an email address. I was told I could upgrade to better lenses ( I was never told I had any choices when I ordered). I think the prescription is wrong because of miscommunication with the online tech. I was told I could return the glasses, but I had to pay for the exam. "How much?" I asked. The girl said $79.00. I said OK. But I was charged $118.00. I did not know until I had left & started to look over my receipt versus the amount I was refunded. I was not given a true receipt for my refund, only written on the sales receipt without a signature or even initials. I WILL TELL ALL FAMILY & FRIENDS TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!
