I am from out of town so this was an inconvenience for me. Anyway, I went back on the next morning, Saturday, and there was one person there. She brought out my glasses. I asked a couple of questions and she did not have answers that satisfied me at all. Again, not warm and friendly at all, no smile, very cold. I really expected to be treated better. As I said, not going back. Sincerely, the cashier at the local gas station where I stopped on the way home was more friendly and treated me with more respect that the receptionist who met me at Travis Street Optical Saturday morning. I was told I could upgrade to better lenses ( I was never told I had any choices when I ordered). I think the prescription is wrong because of miscommunication with the online tech. I was told I could return the glasses, but I had to pay for the exam. "How much?" I asked. The girl said $79.00. I said OK. But I was charged $118.00. I did not know until I had left & started to look over my receipt versus the amount I was refunded. I was not given a true receipt for my refund, only written on the sales receipt without a signature or even initials. I WILL TELL ALL FAMILY & FRIENDS TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! It is really less than 1 star, but you have to put something there to finish.
