I have been using the same dentist for over 20 years, so I was not sure what to expect from a new place. I called the office as a new patient and the office staff was very friendly and helpful. I actually got scheduled for the next day since they had just received a cancellation. I absolutely loved that they sent me a link to fill out my paperwork online before my appointment, instead of waiting for me to get there to fill it out on paper. Hope did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth and x-rays were a breeze! Dr. Mark popped in during my cleaning as was very kind and complimentary of my previous dentist's work. Thankfully I don't have to see the Dentist but a few minutes for a check-up after cleaning. In this brief time both Dr. Smith's are very engaged with the patient. Eager to answer any questions or concerns. The majority of my time is spent with the dental hygentist, Lori and she is FANTASTIC. Sometimes the person who first greets you and say good-bye can put a hitch in your visit. Anytime I've had to deal with this lovely ladies it's been friendly and pleasant. If you are a new patient waiting for an appointment, they are diligent about keeping a list and calling you if there is a cancellation and you can be worked in. This office is professional yet friendly from the front office staff to the hygienist and Dr. Grant and Dr. Mark. I had to get 4 teeth pulled out today and believe me I was so nervous but my experience was so wonderful as crazy as it sounds it was. He was so gentle and took his time. I love these dentist and their assistants. They are always so kind and never make you feel bad. I actually had visited another dentist whom said I didn't have a choice but to pull my tooth and Grant Smith said he would do a root canal and try to save it. Be warned this guy is a quack! It took me over $10,000 to fix what he did to me. He lied and said two teeth left in after dentures were root caneled yet they were not and were in fact infected and eating away at my bone.
