The web site said that they were open but no one was there. No sign on the door "Back in 10 minutes" or anything like that. So I got back in my car and called. No answer. I left a VM. I am from out of town so this was an inconvenience for me. Anyway, I went back on the next morning, Saturday, and there was one person there. She brought out my glasses. I asked a couple of questions and she did not have answers that satisfied me at all. Again, not warm and friendly at all, no smile, very cold. I really expected to be treated better. As I said, not going back. Sincerely, the cashier at the local gas station where I stopped on the way home was more friendly and treated me with more respect that the receptionist who met me at Travis Street Optical Saturday morning. When communicating with them, they became very hostile and demanding, without being understanding and accommodating. After my follow ups are finalized, I will not be recommending them to anyone who might be looking into getting anything done in the future simply because of the interactions I experienced with some of the office staff.

I was told I could upgrade to better lenses ( I was never told I had any choices when I ordered). I think the prescription is wrong because of miscommunication with the online tech. I was told I could return the glasses, but I had to pay for the exam. "How much?" I asked. The girl said $79.00. I said OK. But I was charged $118.00. I did not know until I had left & started to look over my receipt versus the amount I was refunded. I was not given a true receipt for my refund, only written on the sales receipt without a signature or even initials. I WILL TELL ALL FAMILY & FRIENDS TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!
